I have been without a car for 4 months and had a serious engine breakdown due to a defective part in a 3-year-old car. Now its time to test it well. I would appreciate KIA paying more attention to issuing notifications to its customers who have purchased their cars, so that if a car needs a software update because the last one they gave generated errors (my car stopped) they can notify them in some way so that You go to the workshop, or if your car has a defective part, they tell you so you can change it before an engine breaks. As I say, equally happy, especially with the workshop manager who has done what he could with the resources he had and got me a replacement car courtesy of the workshop itself, even if it was only the last week of the repair period, and above all for having the patience and fortitude to face the KIA car customer in a pleasant and sincere way.

Aunque la espera ha sido muy larga y he estado sin servicio de coche todo este tiempo solo quiero reforzar la buena atencion del persona del taller de kia en especial con el jefe de taller David, quien ha hecho lo que ha podido y me ha atendido de la mejor forma posible . No es su culpa que tenga una gran carga de trabajo para poder realizar la reaparicion en un periodo de tiempo muy inferior sino que es culpa de la Casa KIA, que por lo que se ve no destina los recursos necesarios para poder dar un buen servicio a sus clientes. He estado 4 meses sin coche y con una averia de motor grave por una pieza defectuosa en un coche con 3 anos. Ahora toca probarlo bien. Agradeceria a KIA que ponga mas atencion en emitir notificaciones a sus clientes que han comprado sus coches, para que si un coche necesita una actualizacion de software porque la ultima que le pusieron generaba errores (se me paraba el coche ) avisen de alguna forma para que te acerques al taller, o si tu coche va con alguna pieza defectuosa te lo comuniquen para cambiarla antes de que un motor se rompa. Como digo , igualmente contento sobre todo con el jefe de taller que ha hecho lo que ha podido con los recursos que tenia y me consiguio un coche de sustitucion cortesia del propio taller , aunque fuera solo la ultima semana del periodo de reparacion , y sobre todo por tener la paciencia y entereza de dar la cara al cliente de coches KIA de forma agradable y sincera.
