Alquilamos una autocaravana California Ocean por 6 dias, May nos ayudo y asesoro con todo el proceso de reserva, destaco su amabilidad. Por otro lado al momento de la entrega nos atendio Manolo y no explico el funcionamiento y consideraciones basicas a tomar en cuenta. No tuvimos ningun percance con la autocaravana, nos la entregaron limpia, con agua y algunos otros utensilios de limpieza para el uso durante el arriendo. Para ser nuestra primera vez arrendando fue muy grata la experiencia, sin duda volveria a arrendar con ellos!
We rented a California Ocean motorhome for 6 days, May helped us and advised us with the entire reservation process, her kindness stood out. We did not have any mishaps with the motorhome, it was delivered to us clean, with water and some other cleaning utensils for use during the rental. For our first time renting, the experience was very pleasant, without a doubt I would rent with them again!
Caravana en buen estado, la limpieza interior no es exhaustiva (nos encontramos unos calcetines y unos papeles dentro). Eso al mismo tiempo es bueno porque sabes que no exigiran tanto a ti. Pero en general el vehiculo en muy buen estado y relacion calidad precio muy buena. El servicio y atencion ya es otra cosa, por suerte no hemos tenido ninguna urgencia porque sino tardan 24h en responder a los mensajes
Caravan in good condition, the interior cleaning is not exhaustive (we found some socks and some papers inside). Espectacular experiencia en Zaragoza con la California Ocean, desde luego con ganas de repetir. La ayuda y profesionalidad de May fue fundamental para que el viaje saliera como estaba previsto. Con ganas de repetir, ojala, muy pronto. Recomendable al 100%. Rapidez en la devolucion de a fianza, en menos de 24h el dinero estaba devuelto. Muy profesionales y de confianza.

Muy buena experiencia. La primera y seguro repetiremos. La caravana esta bien con algunos desperfectos, pero en general bastante bien. Disfrutamos y no hubo problema al recogerla ni entregarla. Gente muy amable en el trato.
