La recogida del coche fue muy rapida, pero la devolucion algo complicada. Tenia que contactar con la empresa y esperar a que viniera un empleado para poder entregarle las llaves. Sixt no tiene oficina en el mismo aeropuerto.
Picking up the car was very fast, but returning it was a bit complicated. I had to contact the company and wait for an employee to come so I could give them the keys. Sixt does not have an office at the airport itself.
Schlimmer kann es nicht sein. Kein Kontakt, keine Garantie zuruckuberweissung...nichts! Es el peor alquiler de coches, no se les puede contactar ya que nunca estan y el deposito despues de tres meses no lo devuelven.

Alquile con todas las coberturas para olvidarme de problemas. La entrega y la recogida del vehiculo super rapida y todo como lo esperaba. El unico pero es que me dieron un Opel Corsa, en lugar de un coche de una buena marca como me esperaria de una compania como Sixt.
I rented with all the coverage to forget about problems. Super fast delivery and collection of the vehicle and everything as expected. The only problem is that they gave me an Opel Corsa, instead of a car from a good brand as I would expect from a company like Sixt.
!! Muy mala experiencia, trato y servicio !! !No repetiremos nunca! Se escogio en la reserva pagar alli dado que la tarjeta de empresa unicamente puede utilizarse pagando directamente, eligiendo esta opcion aunque no tuviese descuento por pagar online anticipadamente, y posteriormente no se podia pagar en el establecimiento y tuvimos que pagar con una tarjeta personal ajena a la empresa (sin la devolucion del plus que tiene pagar en el establecimiento obviamente). Ademas, aun habiendo pagado un plus por eliminar franquicia nos cobraron 300EUR de fianza, que tras mi queja me dijeron que en 3-4 dias lo tendria en el banco, que no lo cobraban. que tan solo lo bloqueaban (cosa que no es cierto porque mi tarjeta es debito y sale descontado, no bloqueado segun me ha informado el banco). Pero mi sorpresa viene cuando despues de una semana reviso la tarjeta y no me han devuelto el dinero y ademas me han vuelto a cobrar el precio del alquiler sin franquicia (162EUR) por segunda vez. Tras 20 minutos de espera para que me atiendan al telefono, una senora bastante poco profesional y con poca educacion, me dice que ellos lo tienen que cobrar, que el banco puede tardar hasta 28 dias en devolvermelo, "que me apane con ellos" y que no esta cobrado (mentira) que tan solo esta bloqueado, es decir, todo lo dicho era falso, ni los dias que me habian informado, ni esta bloqueado sino cobrado, y con 650EUR menos en la tarjeta hasta dentro de mes o mes y medio....Lo unico positivo que tuvimos es la amabilidad de la empresa externa que te lleva el coche al aeropuerto y lo recoge, fue un chico muy amable y profesional. En cuanto a Sixt, personal maleducado y que da una informacion totalmente falsa.

Furthermore, even though we had paid an extra fee to eliminate the deductible, they charged us EUR300 as a deposit, which after my complaint they told me that I would have it in the bank in 3-4 days, which they did not charge. that they only blocked it (which is not true because my card is a debit card and is discounted, not blocked as the bank has informed me). But my surprise comes when after a week I check the card and they have not returned the money and they have also charged me the rental price without excess (EUR162) for the second time. After 20 minutes of waiting to be answered on the phone, a rather unprofessional and poorly educated lady tells me that they have to collect it, that the bank can take up to 28 days to return it to me, "I should deal with them" and that it is not charged (a lie) that it is only blocked, that is, everything said was false, not even the days that they had informed me, nor is it blocked but charged, and with EUR650 less on the card until another month or month and a half....The only positive thing we had is the kindness of the external company that takes your car to the airport and picks it up, he was a very kind and professional guy. As for Sixt, rude staff who give totally false information.
Como siempre, de 10. Personal amable, haciendo los cambios necesarios por errores de mi parte y ademas despues de reportar un pequenyo roce que le hice aparcando al vehiculo no me han cobrado ningun extra. El coche una maravilla para el precio y la epoca del anyo. Como siempre, un 10 para Sixt, seguire usandolo tanto yo como mis empleados en el futuro y lo recomendare a todo el mundo. Lo unico que de momento no he conseguido con Sixt es alquilar algun deportivo, los precios son muy razonables en temporada baja pero bien por disponibilidad o por altos precios nunca he podido alquilarlos. A ver si la proxima es la definitiva para eso :) Gracias, servicio mas que premium a precios muy razonables.
As always, 10. Friendly staff, making the necessary changes due to errors on my part and also after reporting a small friction that I made while parking the vehicle, they have not charged me any extra. The car is wonderful for the price and time of year. As always, a 10 for Sixt, I will continue to use it myself and my employees in the future and I will recommend it to everyone. The only thing I haven't been able to do with Sixt at the moment is renting a sports car, the prices are very reasonable in the low season but either due to availability or high prices I have never been able to rent them. Let's see if the next one is the definitive one for that :) Thank you, more than premium service at very reasonable prices.
