RentalPlus Zaragoza in Zaragoza

Abbiamo noleggiato per una decina di giorni l'automobile. Tutto perfetto, sia il servizio di consegna che di riconsegna. Si trova in una zona periferica, ma vicino al centro e quindi facilmente raggiungibile con il taxi (max 10 minuti). Non e immediatamente intuitivo l'ufficio perche l'ingresso si trova in cima alla rampa della concessionaria di vendita auto (vedere video su google). Noi avevamo scelto anche l'opzione della restituzione in aeroporto e quindi prima siamo andati in ufficio a fare le pratiche di check-out, e poi ci hanno portato all'aeroporto. L'auto, molto pulita, aveva il motore un po' scarsino (era una MG), ma per quello che dovevamo fare noi come turisti era piu che sufficiente.

Ojo con alquilar un coche con esta compania, ya que es un poco follon todo. Para empezar, aunque dejan reservar en Estacion Delicias, no tienen alli ni oficina ni coches, vienen a recogerte a la hora acordada, pero luego te llevan a la Cartuja, que esta en las afueras, y nada de esto estaba explicado en la web. Ademas, no tenian ningun coche manual, a pesar de haberlo pedido, y tuvimos que aceptar el automatico que nos ofrecian. Aun con todo, es cierto que el coche estaba en buen estado, limpio y sin ningun problema, pero es que perdimos muchisimo tiempo por tener que ir de un lado a otro.

Muy mala experiencia me alquilaron un coche sin permiso de circulacion estuvo el coche retenido con mi familia horas por que no debiamos circular. El prejuicio que nos ocasionaron fue muy grande ibamos varias personas con un bebe en Julio a 40 grados. No lo recomiendo no son de fiar.

Mi experiencia super nefasta, me alquilaron un coche sin permiso de circulacion y lo contrate con el seguro a todo riesgo por que viajaba con una bebe de meses por ir mas seguros ante cualquier acontecimiento la policia nos tuvo parados en la carretera varias horas por que no podias mover el coche y el Lunes que entregamos el coche no nos pidieron ni las disculpas del caso fue como si nada al parecer estan acostumbrados a alquilar asi los coches TENED CUIDADO no recomiendo alquilar un coche aqui muy poco profesionales en algo tan importante.

Wij reserveerden een auto voor onze roadtrip door Spanje en werden gevraagd op onze auto in te leveren om 16u. Wanneer we aankwamen was RentalPlus gesloten... We hebben 1u in de hitte moeten wachten (40graden en hittegolf). Wanneer we vroeger voor een compensatie kregen we niets Ik heb moeten smeken voor water dat ze uiteindelijk tegen hun zin hebben gegeven. Voor de rest was alles wel in orde met de auto dus heel erg jammer want dit maakt onze totale ervaring vreselijk.

My experience with this rental company was TRAUMATIZING. Our vehicle was extremely unreliable and on multiple occasions it did not start. Each time we called Rental Plus who said the issue was likely our fault, to call roadside assistance, and that the faulty vehicle they gave us was going to be our responsibility to tow to it to them, and send us on an endless maze of telephone. Sometimes it would not start a few times then start, sometimes it took an hour, sometimes it would not start without us bump starting it. Over the 5 days we had the car we lost cumulatively almost 2 of them because we had to cancel plans to deal with the car not starting. At no point did the company offer any assistance or to find a way to get us a new car. They found ways to blame it on us insisting we were leaving the lights on. We returned the car early because we were sick of traveling in fear wondering if our car would start again. When we brought it back we tried telling the agent the car has issues, sometimes it does not start, the engine warning light is on, and various warnings come and go and he shrugged at us and put it back with the rest of the cars to be picked up by the next poor traveler. They were entirely unapologetic and we received no reimbursement. In addition to this there were a number of other frustrations. The communication was very spotty, I never was able to speak to the same person twice, they all gave different answers. Sometimes they would just stop responding or hang up on my calls. This made both my pickup and my drop-off at the train station very difficult and we nearly missed our train for this reason. They ask you to clean the car at the local car wash prior to returning it. This rental was over 100 euros a day how on earth does that not cover the cost of them washing the car. Our pickup was extremely difficult because they required our rental be with a credit card obviously says CREDIT on it. Something that is not common on American credit cards and there was no communication about this requirement beforehand. I have rented from many car companies all over the world and have never ever had an experience this horrible. Please save yourself the money time and stress and rent from Centaruo or really anyone else.

We rented a car through an intermediary (rentalcars) and what looked like a reasonably priced offer turned out to be almost double the price. The contractual structure of the rent is obscure and we had to argue over every detail. Indeed, they did not accept the credit cards we offered to cover the deposit just because they did not belong to the person that was indicated as the main driver in the original booking and the only option they offer was to switch to a way more expensive offer. Last but not least, since we excedeed the km included in the rent, they tried to charge us more than what was contractually provided, and we lost an 1h to finally have the right amount. Worst rent ever

When we rented the car, the lady at the rental company warned us several times in an agressive way that it is not allowed to smoke inside the car. We are not smokers but the first thing we noticed when we stepped into the car, was a smell of cigarette smoke, which the lady didn't mention at all. At first, we did not pay too much attention to it, as we thought it would fade away somehow. It did not. After 5 days, the smell was still really intense and it made my girlfriend cough as she is asthmatic. We sent them several emails regarding the issue and requested a discount for having uncomfortable ride every single time we used the car but received no reply. When we returned the car the worker couldn't speak a word in English so we weren't able to explain the issue. Do not recommend at all to rent a car at this company. Totally unprofessional, in addition really expensive for the poor service provided.
