The car was great it was brand new and clean when we picked it up. The staff that worked was bad and didn't inform us about additional costs on kilometers traveled and we paid a lot more than it said when we made reservation. Also they didn't give us back 150 euros that was prepaid for full tank of gas and when we sent email they didn't reply and they also took 57 euros more the day after we left the car and didn't say why. Car 10/10 service and explanations 1/10

I dropped off the car in Delicias bus and train station OK Mobility office . As other mentioned the trick is to find the drop off parking . Which I tried to draw in the attached image of the map . Basically you need to take the same road and enter from same entrance of autobuses arriving to the station from outside Zaragoza. Once you reach the sign (for buses only ) then you are where you should be! Unfortunately no OK mobility signs until the entrance itself . When you reach the gate entrance you then need to use the call button to ask the gate control to open for you to return the car to OK mobility office ! When I arrived the office was closed , I called the number at the door and the staff came in less than 2 minutes . Return was not complicated because I bought the premium package insurance from The company during reservation. Staff was friendly

I feel cheated, I rented a car several weeks in advance and when I arrive to pick it up they dont have that model and they offer me a superior one that turns out to be a van. It is superior because it is more expensive but it has nothing to do with what is reserved. I refuse to take the van and they give me the only one available which of course is of a lower category than the one reserved. When I get ready to take the car it is DIRTY, in the current times and they give me a DIRTY car, I complain again and the solution they give me is a 30 minute wait to clean it but they cant offer me a clean one. I was so angry that I left there. On the return day, more than 20 cars in the category reserved and higher are available. The last time I book with these scammers. I have complained directly to OKmobility but they have a 902 helpline and the call will be more expensive than what I will get. Scoundrels.

De tal enfado que llevaba me voy de alli. El dia de devolucion tienen disponibles mas de 20 coches de la categoria que del reservado y superior. La ultima vez que reservo con estos timadores. He reclamado directamente a OKmobility pero tienen un 902 de linea de atencion y me va a salir la llamada mas cara que lo que conseguire. Sinverguenzas.
