La peor experiencia de toda mi vida. He alquilado muchisimos vehiculos y nunca de esta forma. Todo PARECIA maravilloso para contratar la furgoneta. 37 euros... hasta que OK MOBILITY te reenvia a otra pagina (ajena a su negocio) que te dice de contratar un seguro por 10EUR ... lo hacen como si fuera parte del alquiler. Cuando vas a recoger te dicen que ese seguro no es de su empresa y que pagas 50EUR mas o tienes que dejar 1300 euros de fianza.. es decir que la empresa del seguro no sirve para nada. LAMENTABLE EXPERIENCIA. NO ALQUILEIS AQUI
The worst experience of my entire life. I have rented many vehicles and never in this way. Everything SEEMED wonderful to hire the van. 37 euros... until OK MOBILITY sends you to another page (unrelated to their business) that tells you to take out insurance for EUR10... they do it as if it were part of the rental. When you go to pick up they tell you that this insurance is not from their company and that you pay EUR50 more or you have to leave a deposit of 1300 euros... meaning that the insurance company is useless. REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RENT HERE
Despues de esta horrible e incalificable experiencia, si algo me ha quedado claro es donde no ir nunca a alquilar un vehiculo. La viva descripcion de lo que es no tener verguenza. Furgoneta alquilada, reservada, confirmada y PAGADA, vas a buscarla y te dicen con toda su jeta que no hay furgoneta. Viaje programado para salir a las 13:00, finalmente tras mucho esperar nos ofrecen una furgoneta de doble tamano. Total, salimos a las 18:00, no llegamos a la mitad de los encargos y a la vuelta ni una disculpa, ni una miserable compensacion por todos los trastornos ocasionados tanto de indole economico como de otra naturaleza. Al dia siguiente a la entrega de llaves, tampoco tenia solucionado el tema de la compensacion, claro debia ser demasiado sinverguenza decirte a la cara que no. Pues nada, a seguir con la tarjeta bloqueada toca. Eso si, el cliente avales de todo tipo, documentos, etc... ellos ni uno ni medio. Ahora toca denunciar la estafa. Estaremos en contacto. Nos atendio Sandra, por cierto. Ni quinientas mil palabras mas.

La peor experiencia que se puede tener y nadie te da una solucion. OFICINA DEL POLIGONO EL MOLINO DEL PILAR EN ZARAGOZA. Alquilamos furgoneta, nos mandan correo diciendo que el pago se ha realizado correctamente y la reserva esta confirmada. La vamos a recoger y aqui llega la SORPRESA, nos dicen que no tienen furgonetas, que lo saben hace 2 dias!!! pero que me estas contando? Que con mi reserva confirmada y PAGADA, no esta la furgoneta, que lo sabias y no me habeis informado? y la solucion? Al final a las 6 de la tarde, recordemos q mi reserva era a la 1pm, me traen una furgoneta muchisimo mas grande, lo que me supone mas gasto de gasolina y no poder hacer todo lo planificado. Encima me mandan el contrato de recogida con la reserva a la 1pm, pero que yo me lo llevo a las 6 pm (como si fuera decision mia) y que la devolucion es al dia siguiente a la 1pm. Pedimos hablar con la supervisora y por supuesto es imposible, la chica del mostrador nos dice q va intentar que nos compensen de alguna manera, pero al dia siguiente llamo para ver q pasa y la contestacion es, NO hay compensacion por ningun lado, ni disculpa y como si nada, ALUCINANTE!!! Eso si, ellos lo primero cobrar y retener dinero de tarjeta para cubrirse de ladrones como ellos. UNA AUTENTICA VERGUENZA
The worst experience you can have and no one gives you a solution. EL MOLINO DEL PILAR ESTATE OFFICE IN ZARAGOZA. We rent a van, they send us an email saying that the payment has been made correctly and the reservation is confirmed. We are going to pick it up and here comes the SURPRISE, they tell us that they don't have vans, that they have known for 2 days!!! but what are you telling me? What with my reservation confirmed and PAID, the van is not there, you knew it and you haven't informed me? and the solution? In the end at 6 in the afternoon, remember that my reservation was at 1pm, they brought me a much larger van, which means more gas costs and not being able to do everything planned. On top of that, they send me the pick-up contract with the reservation at 1pm, but I take it with me at 6pm (as if it were my decision) and the return is the next day at 1pm. We asked to speak with the supervisor and of course it is impossible, the girl at the counter tells us that she will try to compensate us in some way, but the next day I call to see what is happening and the answer is, there is NO compensation anywhere, nor an apology. and as if nothing, HALLUCINATORY!!! Of course, they first collect and retain card money to cover themselves from thieves like them. A REAL SHAME
