Do yourself a favor and avoid! Hidden fees ! Costumer service doesn't exist! Sent them an email! 5 days later called them why no reply ,they confirmed they had the email but no one knows why they haven't replied. Charged me petrol fee of 90 euros regardless I have returned it full, luckily I have the proof of it so currently aviating the refund.

Scam! Scammers! Don't rent from Hertz Delicias. At pick-up, there was a minor scratch in one door that was already reported in the rental documents. One hour after returning the car, with no damages whatsoever, they sent us an email with a picture of an inexistent scratch, and requested EUR265 for damages. We don't even know where that picture comes from, but we can swear there was no further scratch in that car. We're going to take all legal actions in our hands to dispute this scam!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience when we rented a car here last spring. The employees were very nice, our car looked brand new, and the pickup/dropoff process was easy. We will definitely rent from this Hertz when we visit again.

We had a very good experience with a lady here for our rental. All options and costs were very clear. There was no bit push to oversell like we had in other times and it was very annoying. Great English. Google places this place wrongly, have to enter from southwest corner of train station at ground level.

We were charged for excess mileage, and when I disputed the charge they gave us our money back. They also gave us a smaller car than we agreed upon. Giving 3 stars because the car was clean and the service in the location was good.

Unbelievably bad service - avoid at all costs. We had a car rental booked weeks in advance, for 3:30 PM. The clerk says there are no cars, then proceeds to lock the door and leave. They left about 10 customers stranded outside their office for multiple hours, and literally didn't bother to show up again or tell us anything at all about the situation. We called Hertz only to find there were no available rentals in the region for the next three days. We had to re-book with a competitor at double the price. By far the worst rental experience we've ever had. Do not do business with these people.

We were really taken care of by Alex and Stephanie. Another rental car company in Barcelona "lost" our booking so we arrived in Zaragosa without one. We had to wait for a car to be checked in, but when it arrived we were able to head out to as planned for a reasonable price. Hertz saved our trip!

Upon check in the clerk told me I was accidentally being charged double for full coverage insurance. He said once the total is finalized that I would be refunded half of the insurance cost. When I returned the car another clerk said they will not refund it since I signed the original copy. 60 euros for the car rental and 180 for insurance is a scam. Don't come to this rental agency

I will not book with them again. We made the reservation with Dollar. It belongs to the Hertz group. When we arrived the girls were very friendly. We took out insurance with the Dollar website and there they offered you another one and I know why. When I went down to pick up the car I made a video because it had several damages. I made a video because it was so dark that nothing could be seen and only the flash in the video captured that damage. I called the office to explain it but when they didnt answer I sent an email explaining what was happening. After the whole weekend I see that I have no answer. According to their schedule they closed at 5:30 p.m. and I arrived at 4:40 p.m. and it was closed. Seeing what was going to happen I made another video of how we left it. I put the keys in the mailbox and on Monday I received a charge on my card for damage. I explain to them after calling several times and they say yes, it is true that these damages already existed. It took them two weeks to return money that is mine and that they unjustly took from me (211 euros at the end of the month). I wrote to a WhatsApp number that they gave me and they read the messages and did not answer. It has been a terrible experience that I do not recommend because they try to scam you into using insurance that is not theirs and you have to complain to them. And on top of that all day waiting for the amount to be refunded.

Hicimos un seguro con la pagina de Dollar y alli te ofrecian otro y ya se por que. Al bajar a recoger el coche hice un video porque tenia varios danos. Hice un video porque estaba tan oscuro que no se veia nada y solo el flash del video captaba esos danos. Llame a la oficina para explicarlo pero como no contestaban mande un correo explicando lo que pasaba. Tras todo el fin de semana veo que no tengo respuesta. Segun su horario cerraban a las 17.30 y llegue a las 16:40 y estaba cerrado. Viendo lo que iba a pasar hice otro video de como lo dejamos. Deposite las llaves en el buzon y el lunes me llega un cargo en mi tarjeta por danos. Les explico tras llamar varias veces y dicen que si que es verdad que esos danos ya preexistian. Tardaron dos semanas en devolverme un dinero que es mio y que me quitaron injustamente (211 euros a final de mes) Escribia a un numero de whatssap que me facilitaron y leian los mensajes y no contestaban. Ha sido una malisima experiencia que no recomiendo porque pretenden estafarte para que hagas uso de ese seguro que no es suyo y tengas que reclamarle a ellos. Y encima todo el dia pendiente de que te devuelvan el importe.

Last Saturday I rented a car through my insurance. I didnt have to pay it but they charged 115 to my card. They told me that they would remove the retention the next day when I returned the car. Its a lie, a week has passed and they havent reimbursed me for the retention, in Valencia, where I returned it, they say I should talk to Zaragoza, I dont know how, a week of trying and they dont pick up the phone at any time.

They took all my information and gave me a key and they didnt even accompany you to the vehicle. Me mira y dice que no se puede pasar y que me infla la rueda y solucionado. Ni se plantea revisar , sustituir vehiculo.. ( quedaban 15 minutos para el cierre, ahora lo entiendo). Me voy con la rueda inchada despues de casi 40 minuntos dando vueltas por la estacion delicias. El dia 8 a las 20,49voy a coger el coche y zas presion 1.2. Un gran problema ya que tenia que salir de viaje con mi mujer y los hijos. Quien se pone en carretera en esas circunstancias? Por mucho llamas a oficina cerrados. Les deje un mail con todo el problema. Me dejaron vehiculo un vecino y segui con mis viaje familiar. Al dia siguiente sabado9, nadie me llama, nadie contesta al mail. Asi que me toca llamar. Una tal ELES (disculpar si no se escribe asi) me atiende en mi llamada. Muy cortes me dice que me cambia el vehiculo. Pero ya es tarde. No estoy con el vehiculo. Le dije que por que no contestan por la manana al mail, ante ese problema. Silencio. Solucion, como tenia que devolver el vehiculo esa misma noche del 9, me invita a que llame a la asistencia y ellos se hagan cargo de la devolucion de vehiculo. Pues esa tarde del dia 9, llamo a su asistencia, recogen el vehiculo en grua sobre las 20.25 ( con su deposito lleno por supuesto). Tambien a esa misma hora mando mail a la ofi con la devolucion de vehiculo por grua, segun asistencia y claro , con foto de deposito lleno. Sorpresa que mi compania de seguros me ha llamado hoy lunes diciendo que la no devolucion de vehiculo supone recargos. Que no les consta la devolucion de vehiculos. Le he explicado todo y se han quedado sorprendida. Asi que me ha tocado llamar a la oficina. Vanesa , me dice q no saben donde esta el vehiculo. Le he dicho que veo que no leen mail, que estaba escrito la forma de devolucion y menos contestar esos mail. Me dice que toma nota y me llama. Ya han pasado 6 horas y no me devuelve llamada dando la explicacion de como esta mi situacion NO ALQUILEIS EN ESA OFICINA. FALTA DE PROFEIONALIDAD DE TODO EL PERSONAL.

We spent 2 hours waiting for them to give us a replacement car which had already been agreed upon and no one has shown up there. Called customer service and they did not give any response. This happened at 4:00 p.m., but there were people waiting since 12:00 in the morning, people who came to Zaragoza on vacation. A real shame for the management and especially for the tourists who have had to make a living.

Hemos estado 2 horas para que nos entregaran un coche de sustitucion el cual ya estaba apalabrado y por alli no ha aparecido nadie. Se llamaba a atencion al cliente y no daban ninguna respuesta. Esto ha sucedido a las 16:00 horas, pero habia personas esperando desde las 12:00 de la manana, personas que venian a Zaragoza de vacaciones. Una autentica verguenza la gestion y sobre todos para los turistas que han tenido que buscarse la vida.
