En terminos generales todo bien, el unico detalle fue que la furgoneta que alquile una iveco daily con 3000mil km de recorrido (una furgoneta practicamente nueva) no tenia la direccion alineada es decir en carretera recta el volante no iba centrado. Por el cual la conduccion se vuelve mas dificil. Lo notifique en la oficina al entregar la furgoneta pero no me dijeron nada al respecto!

Tengan mucho cuidado cuando vayan a esta empresa de alquiler de Zaragoza las polizas no estan bien solo tienen fecha de alta no haya que fecha se caduca por ello ayer a mi me hubo una insidencia en ANDORRA nos tuvieron retenido hasta las 12 de la noche y que los MOSSOS DE ESCUADRA PASARAN LA INFORMACION, asi que no alquilen aqui y si hacen el alquiler de 3 vehiculos fijense bien por que ellos cobran por separado y cuando uno va a cobrar la fianza y el dinero de un vehiculo que no a usado dicen que tiene que ser el combo y todo es mentira por que cada contrato es individual. CUIDADO LES PASA LO MISMO QUE A NOSOTROS Y TIENEN QUE PAGAR UNA MULTA INMEDIATA DE 600EUR EN EL MOMENTO SI ESTAS EN EL EXTERIOR . Y el gerente se hace caso omiso de los problema siempre lavandose las manos no alquilen aqui que hay trampa en los seguro.

Muy buen servicio de atencion al cliente por parte de las tecnicos de la oficina. El vehiculo nuevo y en muy buen estado de limpieza y conservacion. Muy competitivos en precios, y con buenas promociones. Muy rapidos en los tramites administrativos (factura, devolucion fianza...) una vez terminado el servicio. !TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!
