Avis in Zaragoza

Very disappointing. Don't have a problem or need to contact them. Customer service is just non existing. Thanks for a stressful holiday.

I've rented from AVIS at the train station, Delicias in Zaragoza many times and every time it has been a great experience - simple, easy, normal prices, great, new car variety even in the budget range. Personnel is always friendly, smiling, helpful and super easy to deal with With my extended family living in Zaragoza, and their 3 kids and no car of their own, we have come to depend on rental cars for all family trips. I've had really poor experience with Enterprise at the same location which has made me appreciate AVIS even more. Can only highly recommend! Thank you very much for your great service!

Good car. Almost impossible to find drop off location in Bilbao. Almost impossible to find location to drop off key (other floor in parking garage no signage)). Office closes @ 1:00 pm.

As a young traveler this was my first time renting a car alone and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I returned the car they did a quick check and we closed the contract before I left the station. Everything went smoothly and I had no problems.

BE CAREFUL !! At the very last minute, they charge you additional services at front desk! They play some kind of "words game" in order for you not to notice. AVOID "EXTRAS OPCIONALES SOLICITADOS". That is what they try to charge you extra at the time you pick the car up. See picture! SHAME ON YOU AVIS

OMG....ok, we travel, we can handle the challenges of different cultures and cities....but if you are dropping off any rental car at Zaragoza Train station, add at least an hour. Think Eastern Poland. There are ZERO signs, directions, logos anywhere around the airport or train station for car return. So bad it's humorous. Stop, go inside, ask someone. All returns are down a ramp, that's not marked, then no one is there- at 4pm on a Friday to check you in and ensure there is no damage to car. You throw the keys in a box and walk away with nothing to confrm you brought the car back, full of gas, with WIFI box, undamanged. Can't wait to see the final bill,.

They double charged me and impossible to reach by phone!!!

Caution: Avis/Budget Zaragoza defrauds its customers. Avoid renting here if you can. After signing up for a long term rental (40 days), they tacked on a second contract without informing me and charged my credit card an additional EUR1000 over and above what I had agreed to. When I returned the car at the agreed upon date, they claimed that I had returned the car late and presented me with the bogus contract. Avoid the risk of fraud and rent from someone else.
