El taller es un autentico desastre, no cogen el telefono, no contestan a la cita previa via internet. Una vez consigues llevar el vehiculo y tras haber cogido cita con casi tres semanas de antelacion, te llaman y te dicen que solo pueden hacer parte del encargo, que la averia les llevara mas tiempo. Nos conformamos y asi hacemos, seguimos a la espera de que nos confirmen cuando volver a llevar el coche, han pasado casi dos meses. En otra ocasion, en un cambio de ruedas, al llevar el vehiculo y tras confirmar la cita con antelacion suficiente, nos indican que no les han llegado los neumaticos seleccionados, les preguntamos como es que no nos han avisado antes de tener que gastar tiempo, acomodar uso del vehiculo etc. no saben que contestar, exigimos que nos aporten solucion la cual nos ofrecen volver otro dia. Planteamos que nos pongan otros similares a mismo coste, acceden y al ir a recoger el vehiculo, efectivamente nos repercuten los neumaticos colocados al mismo coste, unos neumaticos que nos habian presupuestado mas baratos y que habiamos descartado. Tiempos de espera, citas, etc. insufribles. Contento con el coche, pero no volveria a comprar otro por no sufrir este taller.

CUIDADO!!, Coche nuevo y en la primera revision me lo dieron con un bollo que el aspecto es un chafamiento en el faldon por un elevador, no rascado como dicen ellos por un posible "bordillo", lo niegan aun habiendo un informe que justifica que han sido ellos y ademas me hacen pagar el dano ocasionado por ellos, os recomendaria que hicierais fotos antes de dejar el coche, solo por si acaso se vuelven a lavar las manos... Vale mas unas fotos que mil palabras. Ni una estrella os daria por el trato tan pesimo que dais al cliente en taller Autosalduba, increible que dejas el coche en la propia casa y con toda la confianza de que te devuelvan el coche en malas condiciones y este es el resultado. Reclamacion que os habeis llevado.

I've bought a kia from them, the guy from sales was very nice (Javier) but after that the nightmare begin, after 1 year and 10 months i've got some exhaust system warnings that went and go, i told them about that but the answer was: -"if the check engine light is off we can't see the exact error" well ok i said, i went for the 2 years check and service in 08.2020 and than they told me: -"come whenever the check light is on" ok, been there did that at the end of the month and they were like come on 07.09, didnt check anything at the car just made an appointment for 07.09 Left the car there and it's almost 2 weeks and they did nothing, i pay for the car but they keep it at service and don't even bother to call the client and tell him what's going on, i went 3 times there and just told me "we wait for an answer from Madrid " The price was bigger than that at Peugeot for the 3008 but i was satisfied that they offer 7 years warranty, but that warranty doesn't cover almost nothing and the services they provide are so weak and makes you feel useless Kia sportage 2 years old 29.000km and already have problems... so think about before going on and buy something... Thanks kia for you'r services, wish we never met.

Al llegar nos recibio una senorita que aplica la venta agresiva, habida cuenta que profirio comentarios tales como: pues paso de sacarte la financiacion entonces..., (porque le explique mi descontento con financiar mediante CETELEM), y le preguntamos amablemente que si podia ser directamente con KIA. Posteriormente, pregunto cosas que no le importan en esta fase de compra, puesto que en el caso de financiar finalmente (queriamos pagarlo al contado), es la propia financiera quien debe autorizarla y no ella, preguntas como: por cierto, ?a que os dedicais, para tener que estar yendo y viniendo por tanta carretera?. Ademas de desprestigiar a otra marca como Mazda, cuyo concesionario esta a escasos metros con frases de: !bah!, ni se te ocurra coger un Mazda, es lo peor en cuanto a consumo, te llega a los 8 L y dejan mucho que desear su cilindrada, donde este un KIA, las demas marcas no valen para nada, pensarlo bien porque tirais el dinero ahi. De hecho se puede comprobar con el empleado de MAZDA que nos recibio un poco despues y pudo ver nuestro enfado y decepcion alli mismo, eso si en ningun momento desprestigio a KIA, todo lo contrario elogio sus logros (eso es companerismo). No dudo de la calidad de KIA, pero que esta empleada, me compare con otras marcas tales como BMW o MERCEDES, sinceramente, no solo esta fuera de lugar sino que como vendedora la falta de transparencia y de franqueza con su propia empresa hace que se consiga el efecto contrario al pretendido; la no venta de su vehiculo. Por ultimo, mientras seguiamos perplejos con su actitud, nos dijo muy tranquilamente: pues, por si estais pensando en hacerlo, ni os molesteis en ir a otro KIA, todos somos companeros, nos conocemos y no os van a cambiar el precio !eh!, Vamos que si vais, saludadles de mi parte incluso, ja ja ja. Vamos a ver, si ibamos directos a comprar el coche, ?que necesidad tienes de emplear esta venta tan agresiva desprestigiando a otras marcas? Si era sencillo, nos das precio, pagamos y nos llevamos el coche. Tu haces una venta y yo me quedo el coche. Finalmente cuando nos dijo, sin venir a cuento: bueno que, vamos a ver, ?a nombre de quien pongo el coche?... Me convenci de coger el coche, !pero en otro concesionario! Sinceramente, UN 10 A KIA, un 10 A SU JEFE DE VENTAS DE AVENIDA DE CATALUNA porque intento ajustar al maximo el precio, pero un 0 a esta empleada, jamas vi un trato asi en un concesionario de esta marca con la que estamos tan contentos. Repetiria mil veces en KIA, pero en otro concesionario. Me hizo sentir super incomoda y ademas de tener la sensacion de que esta chica no tiene ni idea de vender ni de tratar a las personas... En KIA sabra mucho, que no tanto tampoco porque le preguntabamos cosas sobre mecanica y miraba en Google. Os recomiendo totalmente ir aqui, pero que os atienda otro empleado, que son encantadores, sinceramente.

Compre un kia Stonic la semana pasada con 11400km, en mi primer viaje se encendio el testigo de fallo en el motor, en algunos momentos perdia fuerza no consiguiendo que pasara de 100km/h hablando con el vendedor me dijo que cuando regresara a Zaragoza lo llevase al servicio oficial que esta en garantia, el martes entro en el taller, me dicen que a lo largo de la semana lo tendran solucionado, el jueves llamo para preguntar y me dicen que como no tenia cita previa no lo han tocado, que cuando le toque lo cogeran, el fin de semana tengo que viajar y no lo voy a tener reparado ni me han puesto coche de cortesia, ni el vendedor (Carza Ocasion) ni Kia taller, el uno por el otro se desentienden, tendre que buscar solucion por mi cuenta con el consiguiente gasto, los 16000 que he pagado por el coche no tienen averia ni fallan, estan efectivos en su cuenta bancaria. Me parece poco serio por parte del departamento de ventas que es con quien yo he tratado y por parte del taller que hicieron una revision del coche y no detectaron este fallo, ademas de no cumplir con el compromiso de tenerlo reparado en la semana.
