No compreis kia. La garantia es falsa. Yo estoy reclamando con abogados. He tenido muchas averias electronicas. Boton de ventanilla.150 euros Boton de volante 150 euros Los dos faros 700 euros cada uno. Un retrovisor 600 euros Bateria 12v 700 euros. Y me dicen que es culpa mia. El coche tiene menos de 3 anos Algunas averias tardan entre 3 y 6 meses en reparar porque no fabrican repuestos. Y te dejan sin coche.

El taller es un autentico desastre, no cogen el telefono, no contestan a la cita previa via internet. Una vez consigues llevar el vehiculo y tras haber cogido cita con casi tres semanas de antelacion, te llaman y te dicen que solo pueden hacer parte del encargo, que la averia les llevara mas tiempo. Nos conformamos y asi hacemos, seguimos a la espera de que nos confirmen cuando volver a llevar el coche, han pasado casi dos meses. En otra ocasion, en un cambio de ruedas, al llevar el vehiculo y tras confirmar la cita con antelacion suficiente, nos indican que no les han llegado los neumaticos seleccionados, les preguntamos como es que no nos han avisado antes de tener que gastar tiempo, acomodar uso del vehiculo etc. no saben que contestar, exigimos que nos aporten solucion la cual nos ofrecen volver otro dia. Planteamos que nos pongan otros similares a mismo coste, acceden y al ir a recoger el vehiculo, efectivamente nos repercuten los neumaticos colocados al mismo coste, unos neumaticos que nos habian presupuestado mas baratos y que habiamos descartado. Tiempos de espera, citas, etc. insufribles. Contento con el coche, pero no volveria a comprar otro por no sufrir este taller.
The workshop is a real disaster, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer prior appointments via the internet. Once you manage to take the vehicle and after having made an appointment almost three weeks in advance, they call you and tell you that they can only do part of the order, that the breakdown will take longer. We settle and do so, we continue waiting for confirmation when to take the car back, almost two months have passed. On another occasion, during a wheel change, when taking the vehicle and after confirming the appointment with sufficient advance notice, they told us that they had not received the selected tires. We asked them why they had not notified us before having to waste time, accommodate vehicle use etc. They don't know what to answer, we demand that they provide us with a solution which they offer us to come back another day. We propose that they put similar ones on us at the same cost, they agree and when we go to pick up the vehicle, they actually charge us for the tires fitted at the same cost, tires that they had budgeted for us cheaper and that we had discarded. Waiting times, appointments, etc. insufferable Happy with the car, but I would not buy another one to avoid suffering from this workshop.
CUIDADO!!, Coche nuevo y en la primera revision me lo dieron con un bollo que el aspecto es un chafamiento en el faldon por un elevador, no rascado como dicen ellos por un posible "bordillo", lo niegan aun habiendo un informe que justifica que han sido ellos y ademas me hacen pagar el dano ocasionado por ellos, os recomendaria que hicierais fotos antes de dejar el coche, solo por si acaso se vuelven a lavar las manos... Vale mas unas fotos que mil palabras. Ni una estrella os daria por el trato tan pesimo que dais al cliente en taller Autosalduba, increible que dejas el coche en la propia casa y con toda la confianza de que te devuelvan el coche en malas condiciones y este es el resultado. Reclamacion que os habeis llevado.

Se implico totalmente para poderlo tener a tiempo lo antes posible, aunque le di muy poco espacio para conseguirlo, ya que me habia quedado sin coche. I've bought a kia from them, the guy from sales was very nice (Javier) but after that the nightmare begin, after 1 year and 10 months i've got some exhaust system warnings that went and go, i told them about that but the answer was: -"if the check engine light is off we can't see the exact error" well ok i said, i went for the 2 years check and service in 08.2020 and than they told me: -"come whenever the check light is on" ok, been there did that at the end of the month and they were like come on 07.09, didnt check anything at the car just made an appointment for 07.09 Left the car there and it's almost 2 weeks and they did nothing, i pay for the car but they keep it at service and don't even bother to call the client and tell him what's going on, i went 3 times there and just told me "we wait for an answer from Madrid " The price was bigger than that at Peugeot for the 3008 but i was satisfied that they offer 7 years warranty, but that warranty doesn't cover almost nothing and the services they provide are so weak and makes you feel useless Kia sportage 2 years old 29.000km and already have problems... so think about before going on and buy something... Thanks kia for you'r services, wish we never met.
