Somos de Alicante y llegando a Zaragoza por paseo se encendio la luz del motor, llamamos a este taller Citroen y quien nos atendio JENIFER DUARTE, desde el primer momento entendio nuestra urgencia y junto con el chico del taller lograron tener mi coche listo en tiempo record para poder continuar nuestro viaje, ojala les pudiese dar mas estrellas, por cierto sin saber habia llamado antes a dos talleres y ni de cerca se compara con la atencion que recibi por ARAMOVIL. Desde el primer dia hasta el ultimo a mi me atendio Jorge Ibanez y genial, en todo momento me fue comentando como iba el proceso del coche, donde se encontraba,etc y lo mismo para explicar el funcionamiento del coche, hacer el seguro, probarlo. Muy agradecido con el y su paciencia en todo momento

Soy una de las afectadas por la campana de los airbags (TAKATA). Este taller me ofrecio un coche de cortesia porque no podia conducir mi coche por los problemas de seguridad. Se me quedaron mi coche junto a una fianza. Hasta aqui todo ok. Ahora tengo un problema con el coche de cortesia (me han dado un golpe) y no responden. Encima, despues de 2 meses con este coche y me aseguraron que en octubre tendria el mio, cosa que dudo ( llevo esperando desde mayo el cambio de airbags). Si tengo un problema con el coche de cortesia y encima los de este taller de citroen no responden despues de insistir.. ?para que estan? Pongo una estrella porque es lo minimo. Seguro que me responden antes la resena que el telefono.
I am one of those affected by the airbag campaign (TAKATA). This shop offered me a courtesy car because I couldn't drive my car due to safety issues. They left my car along with a deposit. So far everything is ok. Now I have a problem with the courtesy car (they hit me) and they don't respond. On top of that, after 2 months with this car and they assured me that I would have mine in October, which I doubt (I've been waiting for the airbag change since May). If I have a problem with the courtesy car and on top of that the people at this Citroen workshop don't respond after insisting... what are they for? I put one star because it is the minimum. I'm sure they'll respond to the review before they respond to the phone.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Aramovil ha sido decepcionante. El 4 de julio llevo la grua mi coche a sus instalaciones y me indicaron que no podrian revisar la averia hasta el 26 de julio. Aunque finalmente lo revisaron unos dias antes, el diagnostico inicial fue que el problema estaba en el filtro de gasoil y el aforador. Dimos el visto bueno para la reparacion, la cual incluyo la sustitucion de estas 2 piezas, la conexion del ordenador para reprogramar el caudal del gasoil y la mano de obra, sumando mas de 700EUR. A pesar de que nos aseguraron haber resuelto el problema, el mismo dia que nos informaron que el coche estaba "listo", nos llamaron para decirnos que ahora el problema eran los inyectores. ?Como es posible que no se percataran de esto antes? Para colmo, nos dieron un presupuesto adicional de 3.000EUR para esta nueva reparacion, sin garantia de que eso solucionaria el fallo. Decidimos retirar el vehiculo del taller y al revisarlo posteriormente, encontramos que incluso se dejaron grapas sin poner. La atencion por parte de Cesar y Denis, el personal de recepcion del taller, fue lamentable. Parecian desconocer por completo los procesos por los que habia pasado el vehiculo y solo ofrecian excusas. Esta experiencia ha sido una completa perdida de tiempo y dinero. La falta de profesionalidad y la pesima atencion al cliente han dejado mucho que desear. No volvere jamas y no recomendaria este taller a nadie.
Unfortunately, my experience with Aramovil has been disappointing. On July 4, I towed my car to their facilities and they told me that they would not be able to inspect the breakdown until July 26. Although they finally checked it a few days before, the initial diagnosis was that the problem was in the diesel filter and the gauge. We gave the go-ahead for the repair, which included the replacement of these 2 parts, the connection of the computer to reprogram the diesel flow rate and labor, totaling more than EUR700. Even though they assured us they had solved the problem, the same day they informed us that the car was "ready", they called us to tell us that the problem was now the injectors. How come they didn't notice this before? To make matters worse, they gave us an additional budget of EUR3,000 for this new repair, with no guarantee that this would solve the fault. We decided to remove the vehicle from the workshop and upon checking it later, we found that even staples were left uninstalled. The attention from Cesar and Denis, the workshop's reception staff, was regrettable. They seemed completely unaware of the processes the vehicle had gone through and only offered excuses. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. The lack of professionalism and terrible customer service have left much to be desired. I will never return and would not recommend this workshop to anyone.
Incompetentes. Las personas del mostrador del taller no sirven para nada. Tienes que estar atento sobre lo que te hacen y te cobran. Se equivocan ellos y encima ni se molestan en buscar soluciones, sino que se las apane el cliente. Nada recomendable ir
Incompetent. The people at the shop counter are useless. You have to be careful about what they do to you and charge you. They make mistakes and on top of that they don't even bother to look for solutions, but let the client figure it out. Not recommended to go
Buen trato y profesionalidad en los trabajos realizados pero los tiempos de espera para obtener cita son muy largos quiza sea por abarcar tantas marcas en un mismo centro.

Desastre, los empleados que estan en el mostrador del taller, son desastrosos e incompetentes. Del taller idem, lleve el coche con un ruido puntual y ahora es constante Nada recomendable. Yo tres hojas de reclamaciones llevo puestas ya
