Rafa es un chico super amable y servicial. Me dieron un Fiat 500 que es de la categoria A (la que me paga la empresa) y como tenia una sillita de un bebe me dijo que en cuanto le entrara otro de la misma categoria pero con 5 puertas me avisaba. Y asi fue!! Me aviso a los dos dias. Muchisimas gracias!!
Rafa is a super friendly and helpful guy. They gave me a Fiat 500 which is category A (the one the company pays me for) and since it had a baby seat they told me that as soon as another one of the same category but with 5 doors came in, they would let me know. And so it was!! He let me know two days later. Thanks a lot!!
Ni una estrella les pondria. Alquilamos un coche, y una vez alli la chica que me atendio ni se movio de su silla. Mala educacion, muy seca y simplemente le interesaba mi tarjeta bancaria, fianza etc. No me pidio en ningun momento ni el DNI o carnet de conducir, donde en cualquier otra empresa similar te lo piden lo primero. Luego ni me muestra el coche, ni me dice nada sobre el, bollos, aranazos etc...nada. Sorpresa que al devolverlo recibo un email o mensaje que la devolucion es correcta y todo bien, pero resulta que que a las 48h llega un email a la empresa que hay aranazos en la parte delantera del coche, no en un lado, en ambos, en el centro...y en ningun momento le hice nada al coche. Si un dia hago algo lo dire, no hay problema y para eso se contratan estos alquileres de coche, pero inventados y sin pruebas, y sabiendo yo que estaban ya al coger el coche pues no. Estafa y mentira es su modo de trabajo. Nunca mas con Enterprise y menos en con personal tan poco cualificado y poco profesional. Mucha atencion con ellos, y a revisar bien el coche al cogerlo, luego vienen sorpresas e inventos por su parte

Then he doesn't show me the car, or tell me anything about it, dents, scratches, etc...nothing. Surprise that when I return it I receive an email or message that the return is correct and everything is fine, but it turns out that after 48 hours an email arrives to the company that there are scratches on the front of the car, not on one side, on both, on the center...and at no time did I do anything to the car. If one day I do something I will say it, there is no problem and that is why these car rentals are hired, but invented and without proof, and knowing that they were already there when I took the car, well no. Scam and lies is their way of working. Never again with Enterprise and even less so with such unqualified and unprofessional staff. Be very careful with them, and check the car carefully when you pick it up, then surprises and inventions come on their part.

Hoy se me averio mi coche y mi compania me reservo uno en esta sucursal. Presente tarjeta y carnet de conducir. Mi dni no lo encontre porque debio quedar en mi vehiculo, y a pesar de que el permiso de conducir es aceptado oficialmente como medio de identificacion no pude coger el vehiculo. La chica que me recepciono alego no poder saltarse esa norma de la empresa (lo entiendo perfectamente) y no fue posible hablar con una persona responsable de la empresa para aceptar como medio de identificacion el permiso de conducir. Si en organismos oficiales sirve el mismo como doc oficial para la identificacion, me parece fuera de lugar que en la empresa no sea asi. Respetable,pero absurdo, a mi forma de ver. Todo un problema innecesario que me complico la manana con mi vehiculo a 90 kms en la base de la grua y mi domicilio a 700. Gracias Enterprise...por complicar lo sencillo.
Today my car broke down and my company reserved one for me at this branch. I presented my card and driver's license. I couldn't find my ID because it should have been left in my vehicle, and even though the driving license is officially accepted as a means of identification, I couldn't get into the vehicle. The girl who greeted me claimed that she could not break that company rule (I understand it perfectly) and it was not possible to speak with a person responsible for the company to accept the driver's license as a means of identification. If in official organizations it serves as an official document for identification, it seems out of place to me that this is not the case in the company. Respectable, but absurd, in my view. All an unnecessary problem that complicated my morning with my vehicle 90 km away at the tow truck base and my home 700 km away. Thank you Enterprise...for making the simple complicated.
Estafa , Burla, Sinverguenza: En Abril alquile 1 furgoneta y al dia siguiente de haberla dejado, contactan conmigo para decirme que le hice 1 golpe,del cual,no soy responsable.Que rapido consiguen 1 presupuesto en 24h!! Enseno mis pruebas de que no fui yo y se supone que queda zanjado ( gracias M) , para sorpresa mia , me reenvian 1 carta reclamando ese golpe !! .... A dia de hoy(ya contacte con la oficina de Madrid ) sigo sin saber que pasa.... Sin duda,NO volvere a usar sus servicios ni los recomendare
Scam, Mockery, Scoundrel: In April I rented 1 van and the day after leaving it, they contacted me to tell me that I damaged it, for which I am not responsible. How quickly they get a quote in 24 hours!! I show my evidence that it was not me and it is supposed to be settled (thanks M), to my surprise, they sent me 1 letter claiming that blow!! .... To this day (I already contacted the Madrid office) I still don't know what is happening.... Without a doubt, I will NOT use their services again nor recommend them.
