Poca oferta de coches. Sin contar con que teniamos un Ibiza apalabrado y lo alquilaron antes de que llegaramos. Nos dieron un Mondeo automatico que estaba marcado por todos los sitios. Y de mecanica...el volante vibraba una barbaridad al frenar y el cambio no iba bien. Un desastre. El precio fue exageradamente caro para el coche que nos dieron. Una pena, porque para mayor inri,fuimos recomendados
Little supply of cars. Not to mention that we had an Ibiza approved and they rented it before we arrived. They gave us a Mondeo automatic that was dialed everywhere. And mechanically...the steering wheel vibrated a lot when braking and the shifting didn't go well. A disaster. The price was exaggeratedly expensive for the car they gave us. Furgoneta 10m3. El vehiculo va de maravilla. Tiene desgaste normal de uso. Las marcas que tiene estan registradas, para que no haya problemas posteriores con la fianza. La unica pega es esa, la fianza, un poco elevada. Todo correcto. Repetiremos

Sehr gunstiges Unternehmen, kompetent, preiswert, freundlich, saubere Autos und toller Service. Wir brauchten das Auto nicht mal wieder volltanken und durften es einfach so abstellen. Der Anbieter hat es fur uns getankt und unkompliziert das Geld von der Kaution abgezogen. Die Kaution wurde uns sofort zuruck gezahlt. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Region sind. Vielen, vielen Dank
Very affordable company, competent, inexpensive, friendly, clean cars and great service. We didn't even need to fill the car up again and were allowed to just park it like that. The provider filled it up for us and easily deducted the money from the deposit. The deposit was paid back to us immediately. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the region. Thanks alot
Tuvimos una experiencia bastante mala. Alquilamos la furgoneta mas grande que tenian disponible porque teniamos que ir a recoger a Coruna unas cuantas cosas. Tuvimos que pedir el dia en el trabajo para hacerlo, movilizar a nuestros proveedores etc. Cuando llevabamos unos 30km de recorrido la furgoneta empezo a fallar, dando error creemos que del turbo (evidentemente no somos mecanicos) Nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y nos dijeron que otra furgoneta igual no tenian, que nos daban una mucho mas pequena (que evidentemente no nos hacia el apano) o que volvieramos con la furgoneta, que nos devolvian el dinero... Con lo que eso suponia para nosotros, perder el dia por completo cuando teniamos todo planificado. No accedimos a ninguna de las dos opciones y nos dijeron que continuaramos hasta Coruna con la furgoneta en ese estado, cargaramos la mercancia y nos mandaban un taxi para volver y la furgoneta volveria en una grua. Cuando llegamos al destino nos volvieron a llamar para que mejor volvieramos en la propia furgoneta. Toda una odisea, teniendo que parar cada medio km apagarla y volver a encenderla. Una perdida de tiempo increible y un tedio ir asi desde Coruna hasta Xove. Cuando llegamos oimos comentarios de 'ya vuelve a estar fallando esta furgoneta' etc etc, asi que sabemos que no era la primera vez que fallaba como nos quisieron hacer creer. No se nos compenso de ninguna manera por el mal servicio. Creo que deberian mejorar la revision de los vehiculos, sobre todo cuando no tienen vehiculo de sustitucion y te pueden fastidiar pero bien.
We had a pretty bad experience. We rented the largest van they had available because we had to go pick up a few things in Coruna. We had to ask for a day at work to do it, mobilize our suppliers, etc. When we had traveled about 30km the van started to fail, we believe it was due to the turbo (obviously we are not mechanics). We contacted them and they told us that they didn't have another van and that they were giving us a much smaller one (which obviously we couldn't manage) or that we would return with the van, and they would give us our money back... With what that meant for us, losing the day completely when we had everything planned. We did not agree to either option and they told us to continue to Coruna with the van in that state, load the merchandise and they would send us a taxi to return and the van would return on a tow truck. When we arrived at the destination they called us again so that we could return in the van itself. Quite an odyssey, having to stop every half km to turn it off and turn it on again. An incredible waste of time and tediousness to go like this from Coruna to Xove. When we arrived we heard comments about 'this van is failing again' etc etc, so we know that it was not the first time it had failed as they wanted us to believe. We were not compensated in any way for the poor service. I think they should improve the inspection of the vehicles, especially when they do not have a replacement vehicle and they can annoy you but that's fine.
Alquilamos un furgon para una mudanza. Todo perfecto, rapido y buen trato por parte del personal, asi que muy recomendable. Para la proxima repetimos sin duda
We rented a van for a move. Everything perfect, fast and good treatment from the staff, so highly recommended. Next time we will repeat without a doubt
