Sinceramente el coche que alquile fue un oper corsa gsi la verdad todo perfecto menos una cosa que se hinchan a revisar el estado exterior del coche pero no fueron capaces de mirar el estado del motor y estuve teniendo problemas durante todo el alquiler ya que le no tenia ni gota de agua del radiador asi que por esa parte un desastre necesitan mas mantenimiento y mas revisiones en el momento antes de entregarlo por otra parte los coches muy limpios y aseados muy bien de precio y se realizo muy rapido la reserva por mi parte les volvere a dar otra oportunidad porque merece la pena por el precio
Honestly, the car I rented was an Oper Corsa GSI, the truth is that everything was perfect except for one thing: they tried to check the external condition of the car but they were not able to look at the condition of the engine and I was having problems throughout the rental since I didn't have it. not a drop of water from the radiator so for that part a disaster they need more maintenance and more checks at the moment before delivering it on the other hand the cars are very clean and neat very well priced and the reservation was made very quickly for my part I will return to them to give it another chance because it's worth it for the price

En mi caso, la persona que me atendio en la oficina de Xativa fue desagradable, grosero e incluso cuando intente grabarme para explicar la situacion en la que me encontraba me agredio e intento quitarme el telefono de la mano. Al pedirle explicaciones hacerca de el estado de el coche, sucio, con una compresa de mujer en uno de los sillones, olor a tabaco, etc.. se desentendio diciendo que el solo era la persona que daba las llaves. Los papeles del coche no estaban en el coche ni el triangulo de emergencia. En el contrato reza la hora de entrega es hasta las 9'30 am llegue a las oficinas a las 9am y me hicieron esperar hasta las 9'35am para entregar las llaves. Estos son solo los detalles mas relevantes de mi experiencia con Oscar rent a car, delegacion de Xativa. Podria seguir con mas detalles.... La gente se preguntara, porque cogiste el coche? podrias haberlo rechazado.... Si, pero a veces hay situaciones en las que no tienes opcion. Todavia estoy pidiendo explicaciones en el servicio de WhatsApp de Oscar renta car. Aunque no creo que tenga ni compensacion o disculpa por parte de la oficina de Xativa, ya que ellos se desentienden de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad. No muy buena experiencia

Mi pareja alquilo un coche para transportar a los invitados desde el tren hasta el lugar del almuerzo especial. El coche estaba sucio, olia a tabaco y se encontro un articulo de higiene femenina. Cuando nos quejamos, el personal se nego a limpiar el coche o a cambiarlo. Fueron groseros y descorteses. Tenemos este registro en video. Tuvimos que limpiar y desinfectar el interior para que lo usaran los amigos.
My partner rented a car to transport guests from the train to the special lunch location. The car was dirty, it smelled of tobacco and a feminine hygiene item was found. When we complained, the staff refused to clean the car or replace it. They were rude and discourteous. We have this video record. We had to clean and disinfect the inside for friends to use.
