Muy buena atencion en su oficina de Xativa, pero desde la central te hacen pagar un precio excesivo por un pequeno rasguno en la furgona con un presupuesto de un taller de su confianza que seguramente podria hacerse mas barato. Ampliacion: si me hubieran cobrado 90 euros por el rasguno como dicen lo habria entendido. Pero me han cobrado 400. Ademas no es un factura de reparacion, solo un presupuesto que se podria arreglar por bastante menos dinero.
Very good service at their office in Xativa, but from headquarters they make you pay an excessive price for a small scratch on the van with a quote from a workshop they trust that could surely be done cheaper. Expansion: if they had charged me 90 euros for the scratch as they say, I would have understood it. But they have charged me 400. Nosotros alquilamos una Mercedes Vito para transporte de mobiliario. Todo fue muy correcto: te ensenan el vehiculo, te miden para la carga, te avisan de los rasgunos etc...vamos, lo normal en una tienda rent. Muy profesionales (y lo mejor el precio) Volvere a trabajar con ellos cuando los necesite.
We rent a Mercedes Vito to transport furniture. Everything was very correct: they show you the vehicle, they measure you for the load, they warn you about scratches, etc...come on, normal in a rental store. Very professional (and the best price) I will work with them again when I need them.
Mas de un ano y siguen sin devolver los 50EUR por un error suyo y ni siquiera se dignan a pedir perdon. Los que quieran alquilar aqui una furgoneta rezad, porque no tenga la empresa el mas minimo error, jamas os pediran perdon ni os devolveran ni un centimo. Suerte!

Jo vaig llogar la furgo per al cap de setmana i tot molt be. Cristina molt amable m'ho va explicar tot sense pegues. I el preu arreglo qualitat economic. De segur que tornem a demanar algun servei.

Fatal Alquilamos una furgoneta que por telefono nos dijeron que tenia unas medidas, al llegar (una hora despues de hacer la reserva) era mas alta y no nos servia. el chico que nos atendio en persona fue muy amable, dijo que habia sido error de ellos y que sin problema nos devolvian los 50 euros de fianza. Pasaron un par de semanas y no nos llegaba la devolucion asi que llamamos a la central donde una chica en tono muy desagradable nos dijo que no tenian ninguna intencion de devolvernos la fianza porque ellos no tenian la culpa.
Fatal We rented a van that they told us over the phone had certain measurements; when we arrived (an hour after making the reservation) it was taller and did not fit us. The guy who helped us in person was very friendly, he said that it was their mistake and that they would refund the 50 euro deposit without any problem. A couple of weeks passed and we did not receive the refund so we called the headquarters where a girl in a very unpleasant tone told us that they had no intention of returning the deposit because they were not to blame.
Hemos alquilado una furgoneta para una pequena mudanza y estamos muy contentos con el servicio. Vehiculo preparado, limpio y listo para llevarnoslo a la hora acordada. Buen trato telefonico y tambien en persona. Muy recomendable.
