If I could give 10000 stars I would! The team are truly amazing and so helpful. They really do go above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for their service that they provided me and mum and dad. You deserve all the success in the world and I can't wait to come back and to use your services again. Might seem a bit much for a car hire review however you will not get a better service and I thank you again so much!!! We would of missed our flight without you!

Communication went very well! We rented the car for a transfer from Javea to the airport in Alicante. Couple of weeks before our arrival we send all the required documents. At pickup in Javea everything was in order, we paid by creditcard and left the car at the airport. Definitely will book again if we are lucky to come again to Javea!

We rented a car for one day for the transfer from Javea to Alicante Airport. The service from this company is excellent. People still want to help you instead of just selling things (extra insurance or a larger car). Marina works in the office and is very attentive. But also her boss, because he has neatly installed the high chair for our baby in the car. We got the high chair for free because they still had it available and otherwise no one would use it. When we dropped off our car, we received a call from the office ten minutes later that we had forgotten the babys bottle and the employee came to bring it to us all the way to the departure hall. Really great! We often used to take the Alsa bus for a transfer, but renting a transfer car is much more pleasant and again the service is really good.

Voor de transfer van Javea naar Alicante Airport hebben we voor een dag een auto gehuurd. De service bij dit bedrijf is uitstekend. Men wilt je nog helpen in plaats van alleen maar dingen (extra verzekeringen of grotere auto) te verkopen. Marina werkt op kantoor en is zeer attent. Maar ook haar baas, want die heeft het kinderstoeltje voor onze baby keurig geinstalleerd in de auto. Het kinderstoeltje kregen we trouwens gratis omdat ze deze toch nog beschikbaar hadden en anders zou er niemand gebruik van maken. Bij het afgeven van onze auto werden we tien minuten later nog gebeld door het kantoor dat we een flesje van de baby vergeten waren en die kwam de medewerker tot aan de vertrekhal naar ons toe naar brengen. Echt top! We namen voorheen vaak de Alsa bus voor een transfer, maar het huren van een transfer auto is velen malen prettiger en nogmaals de service is echt goed.

Very unclear about the conditions. We went in November to ask what the conditions were. We were told that your drivers license would be valid for 2 years and we didnt have that yet so it was not possible. Now a few months later we have and we have looked at the site and there is absolutely nothing about it. Get there WITH A RESERVATION and are told we must be 25. This is NOT indicated ANYWHERE and even the staff could not tell us that last time. Its a shame that we can first make a reservation and then later be told that it is not possible.

Erg onduidelijk over de voorwaarden. In november zijn wij geweest om te vragen wat de voorwaarden zijn. We kregen te horen 2 jaar je rijbewijs en dat hadden we nog net niet dus ging niet. Nu paar maanden later hebben we dat wel en ook op de site gekeken staat helemaal niks over. Komen daar MET EEN RESERVERING en krijgen te horen dat we 25 moeten zijn. Dit staat NERGENS aangegeven em zelfs het personeel kon ons dat niet vertellen de vorige keer. Erg jammer dat we eerst een reservering kunnen maken en dan later pas te horen krijgen dat het niet kan.

Friendly people, he helped us a lot. Otherwise we wouldnt have a car to enjoy the holiday. At the airport in Spain all rental car companies require you to pay by credit card/guarantee Disaster!!! and if you have an ING card with Maestro, they dont accept it either!! Here they accept all types of payments.
