I hired a 125 Vespa Primavera for 5 days from Eurorent. Friendly service and a tidy scooter that ran , stopped and started as it should do. I will definitely hire from here again.
Hired a BMW G650 GS, about 35k km on the clock, for a couple of days. Trouble free experience. I'd use them again.
Ich habe einen 125 Roller gemietet gehabt und kann nur gutes uber dieses Geschaft Berichten ! Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett und kompetent und spricht mehrere Sprachen ! Ich war sehr zufrieden !
I rented a 125 scooter and can only say good things about this business! The owner is very nice and competent and speaks several languages! I was very pleased !
I rented out a 49cc scooter, it aas fantastic, brand new. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Thankyou.
Unfriendly staff not willing to give proper information about their offer, very poor customer service skills. I wouldn't rent anything even if it was the single place in Javea.
I rented a Peugeot 125 scooter. Unfortunately, I scratched it and I blamed myself for it. The boss of the agency, a French-speaking woman of Belgian origin, not only withheld a small part of the deposit for the painting. I extended the rental. I thank her and kiss her...
AVOID ... Terrible service. Incredibly rude! Awful staff! And unsafe vehicles. A few friends and I hired 125cc scooters from this place recently. It should be noted that when we were collecting the scooters, one woman at Euro rent was inflating the rear tire on one of the bikes. The aforementioned tire became flat whilst we were out on the bikes. We tried to call the office and the mobile number provided (within the advertised opening times) but these calls were ignored. We left a voicemail explaining our situation and secured the bike where we were, recording the location and taking photos, deciding not to risk our safety riding it 40km back. In the morning we returned the bikes and explained what had happened. The ladies in the shop were very aggressive, shouting blaming our driving for the flat tire, denying all knowledge of the tire having a slow puncture before we collected them (despite inflating this exact tire in front of us). They withheld our EUR500 deposit for this bike forcing us to drive 40km to meet the recovery vehicle to drop the keys off, this took 3hours out of our day and we were then charged EUR25 to repair the already faulty tire. We accidentally damaged one of the bikes whilst we were out and took full responsibility, however the fee were was charged for the repair was unsubstantiated with any quote, it was just a number scribbled on a piece of paper. EUR250 for a small dent!!! I have never experienced more aggressive and unprofessional behaviour from such rude and incompetent staff anywhere ever before. All in all, a disgusting experience!
My experience of EURORENT Javea was pretty negative, mainly due to the attitude of the staff which was shockingly unprofessional and borderline aggressive. I rented a Vespa scooter for a day and unfortunately noticed a flat tyre in the nearby town of Altea (interestingly, it was only this tyre out of 5 scooters rented that day that was pumped up before leaving). Nobody in the shop picked up despite trying both phone numbers for 2 hours; I left voicemails (which they denied having received) and attempted to re-inflate the tyre but it wasn't salvageable. I didn't want to drive on a flat for both my safety and the well-being of the vehicle. Apparently short-term puncture repair kits are available at petrol stations but I wasn't provided any guidance to state that this was expected of me and, honestly, this seems out of the scope of the responsibility of the renter. Again, I'd be concerned that this would fail on a main road and potentially cause further damage to the bike (or myself!). Left the bike locked up in a safe place and upon getting back to the shop I was directly accused of being an incompetent driver by one of the staff, though when I questioned this she admitted that the puncture would likely have been a random occurrence. The staff continued to be hostile even though I did everything I reasonably could to resolve the situation, including driving our rental car back to Altea to meet a recovery vehicle and hand over the key at the expense of most of a day's holiday. This could all have been handled far, far better and with substantially more grace. Though the scooter itself was fine, the service received was so awful due to the rudeness of the staff that I'll be going elsewhere for rentals in this area if I return. Avoid.
