The Wake Forest, Main Street location is phenomenal and always professional. This morning, I was assisted by Enterprise representative Johnny. He was knowledgeable, professional and provide high level customer service. I own and operate several businesses, and I cannot express the level of satisfaction from this experience. Kudos to Johnny and the Main Street team.
Fast and customer service experience was outstanding. The young lady who helped us was knowledgeable, very polite. It's definitely better service than in the Hertz rental.
I try to always use the enterprise nearest my home in wake forest and they are always so nice and friendly. On this recent rental I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the suv I rented I actually had to take it to a car wash immediately after picking it up. Other than that great people.
This location is kind of tucked away and hidden but they have great customer service. I had no issues picking up, everyone was friendly and they get you in and out of there pretty quickly. And even though I returned the car a few minutes before closing, Terrence was still nice enough to offer me a ride to where I needed to go. Grateful for the easy experience and professional customer service!
All staff are helpful, considerate & all with great attitude & demeanor. Also, when a minor issue arose with the car I had rented, they quickly brought another car to where I was to swap. All my driving needs were pretty much local,, so don't know how The larger company would handle this if I were far your of range of this local office. Bit, locally would not ever use another company or office of Enterprise- the service from that office is just that good.
Took them nearly 40 min to help 6 customers ahead of me. After the extended wait... they incorrectly had a car reserved for me when our corporate travel office specifically stated/reserved a full-size SUV so we could take relief supplies to hurricane victims in Asheville. No real effort or care to try to fix it. Reservation cancelled. Waste of my time. Terrible experience.
The staff is friendly and the service quick. They are pleasant and polite. My only complaint is I didn't receive my deposit back twice. They kept almost $28 of my $300 deposit. The last rental I extended it but didn't need it. I returned the vehicle early on a Sunday. Monday was a holiday and as of today I haven't received my refund of $682 and all they keep saying is it was released. My question is to who because I didn't receive it.
I was in an accident over the weekend and my insurance company was able to secure me a rental at this location the same day an agent even looked at my claim. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiling employees and fast service. They got me into a beautiful 2022 Toyota Corolla. The car is very clean on the inside and they even included a courtesy bleach wipe. Paperwork was minimal and the process was painless. An enterprise agent walked around the car with me, taking notes on pre-existing scratches on the paint so I won't get dinged on them when I return the rental. I highly recommend this location if you need a rental car. They will take care of you.
