When our car broke down it just took one phone call to confirm they had a car available. Within 10 minutes our journey continued to the south of Spain. Of course a last minute rental ain't cheap but they sure were friendly and communicated in English which was very nice. Thanks for the hospitality and friendly welcome. Our vacation was saved thanks to Europcar.

A real shame, I rent cars every year 5 or 6 times a year and this is the first time something like this has happened to me; I always rent cars at all risks because I know that at the minimum they try to make any scratch or touch that the car has, well on this occasion what is my surprise that they take 30 from me without notifying me of anything. I call to get information and they tell me that they are taking it away from me because the car is dirty, a car that has been used to go and return to Barcelona exclusively and for nothing else, well, since they see that they cant scratch somewhere, they invent anything to earn something more for them, some unpresentable ones.

Una autentica verguenza, alquilo coches todos los anos 5 o 6 veces al ano y es la primera vez que me ocurre algo asi; Siempre alquilo los coches a todo riesgo porque se que a la minima te intentan meter cualquier aranazo o toque que tenga el coche,pues en esta ocasion cual es mi sorpresa que me quitan 30 sin avisarme de nada. Llamo para informarme y me indican que me lo quitan porque el coche esta sucio, un coche que se ha usado para ir y volver a Barcelona exclusivamente y para nada mas, vamos que como ven que de un sitio no pueden rascar se inventan cualquier cosa para ganar algo mas ellos, unos impresentables.

The process worked extremely well in Vitoria. When we returned everything, everything was recorded and everything was fine. But a week later we received a debit of around 70 euros from the Mastercard. This was supposedly for extended service hours. The vehicle was picked up half an hour after the official opening time and around 10 people were there after us. This was already taken into account when I booked with Cheap Rental Cars. In my opinion, this is fraud. So never again Europcar

Bei der Ruckgabe wurde alles protokolliert und es war alles in Ordnung.Nun bekamen wir aber eine Woche spater eine Abbuchung von ca.70 Euro von der Mastercard. Very good experience. The attention at the Europcar office has been friendly and without delays. They provided us with a vehicle in perfect condition in accordance with the conditions stated in the reservation, which I had my doubts about because it was made through an external platform and not directly with them. I dont know what the companys response would have been to any mishap with the car, in terms of insurance and so on, but fortunately nothing happened, so I am happy with the service received.
