I was cheated here. Check your car-return document closely!!! It is not shown to you at the car-return, but only sent to your email box. During car-return I was informed that "all is ok" and the deposit will be returned. After a few days I got only part of my deposit due to additional fuel charges and I realized that Enterprise put lower level of fuel at the car-return that it was real. I made a complaint to Enterprise Customer service and Booking.com, but they refused to return money unless I will show them a photo from the car showing the fuel level. Ridiculous.

Two-day rental, with a deposit of 400 and pay 59 separately for additional insurance. You pay the deposit when booking, and the insurance, but the refund of said deposit is returned after a few days... It doesnt seem right to me. The rest, pretty good. Removing the detail that I was informed in person before booking, and they told me that it was 200 euros as a deposit, and when I picked it up, they informed me that it was 400...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I rented a van which they gave me without lights. The day after delivering the van, I told the manager/head of the headquarters what he had told me. passed and with the cockiness that the guy exudes he told me that I should have stopped on the road and called the tow truck. The arrogance of that man clouds the entire quality of the service. On the other hand, a week has passed since I delivered the van and they have not returned the 400 deposit I put up. I repeat, do not rent at Enterprise Vitoria, yes in other offices but not in Vitoria.

They offered me a smaller van or a body without a platform....they told me that they would give me a price for the second one.....and how am I supposed to lift things to that height without a platform.
