Scam - Avoid leasys/Drivalia at all costs. This company engages in deceptive practices, hidden fees, and poor customer service. I arrived at 9pm with young children, only to be hit with a surprise "late fee" that wasn't in any terms I'd agreed to. Their rep, Vlad, was rude and unhelpful, suggesting I stay at a motel if I didn't like it. They assigned me a damaged car but tried to claim there was only one dent, likely setting up to take my deposit later. Upon returning the car, they admitted the "late fee" wasn't real but refused a refund. Terrible experience--would not recommend.

Highly recommend ultimate option - no deposit, stress free, full to full policy, pay by debit card. Clean an cool cars with low mileage. Staff is friendly. No problem at all. Good service. Thank you:)

They are scammers. They will never accept credit cards [I gave 3 different types of credit card which was always declined, but the people over there said your credit card is faulty] for deposit and they charge entire full insurance. I was given an damaged car and a dirty car by Drivalia. I arrived ar 8.56 pm and was still charged 40 eur as late charges. They did not accept my Visa Gebuhrenfrei credit card for security deposit and hence I had to pay for 150 EUR for full insurance. I gave these guys 3 different credit cards but the declined all my payments saying it's not a credit card. They are scammers and you should stay away.

Booked a car from 4/4/24 till 11/4/24. They blocked the safety deposit of EUR1250 on my bank account as i was told. When I returned the car on 11/4/24, they told me the safety deposit will be released after 3 days. Today, 6/5/24, the safety deposit is still blocked. I've sent multiple mails to unblock the deposit, they told me that they already did. I have contacted Wordline and they said Drivalia still haven't released the safety deposit. Maybe a negative review will help to release the deposit. GRO24001026 - Dirk Janssens Will not recommend in the future... FYI: When we picked up the car, the car wasn't cleaned properly. There was mud all over. Also we have booked the car with a full/full gas tank. On the pickup the gastank was half full. But we realised this when we already left... There also were more damages than was described on the document but this was no problem. Update: After another mail to Drivalia on 6/5/24 and this review, the safety deposit magically appeared on my bank account.

One of the best service of car rental in my practice. New cars, fast drop, good price. I make reservation on a web site with full protection, it's amazing easy. For my opinion more better than other rentals. If you buy Delux package on a web site you don't need any visa cards or deposits, only cash and go. Thank you very much.
