La compania esta fuera del aeropuerto y perdimos casi una hora al aterrizar y mas de media hora en la devolucion porque fueron un desastre con las instrucciones para recogida y devolucion, y porque tuviemos que esperar a que llegaran al aeropuerto para entregarnos y recoger el coche. Nos han aplicado un cargo adicional por cruzar la frontera del que no nos dieron informacion expresa (constaba en la letra pequena del contrato, pero en otras companias te lo ponen de forma bien visible). El coche llevaba un GPS, tambien esta en la letra pequena, pero me parece una cosa de la que deben avisarte de forma expresa y bien visible. He alquilado muchas veces coche y no he tenido nunca ningun problema hasta ahora. Primera y ultima vez con esta compania.
The company is outside the airport and we lost almost an hour landing and more than half an hour returning because they were a disaster with the pick-up and drop-off instructions, and because we had to wait for them to arrive at the airport to deliver us and pick up the car. They have applied an additional charge to us for crossing the border about which they did not give us express information (it was in the fine print of the contract, but in other companies they make it clearly visible). The car had a GPS, it is also in the fine print, but it seems to me something that they should notify you of expressly and clearly visible. I have rented a car many times and I have never had any problems until now. First and last time with this company.
