Hemos alquilado por primera vez carrotienda con Rumbocar, y la verdad que ha sido una expericiencia super recomendable. Creiamos que estaba nuevo cuando nos lo enseno. Muy limpio y en perfecto estado. El trato con Paula desde el principio muy bueno, da muchas facilidades tanto en la recogida como en la entrega. Muy facil a la hora de montar, tambien cogimos el avance y super bien. Por dentro muy espacioso. Durante el viaje, no se nota que va el remolque. Y a la hora de dormir, al ser con somieres, la espalda lo agradece bastante...y eso que nosotros somos una familia con 2 hijos de 14 y 16 anos, que ocupan como un adulto. Muchas gracias por todo, seguro que repetiremos.

We loved how spacious it is so much that we also took the trailer (100% recommended for being a terrace ) and how easy it was to assemble also surprised us. We were thinking of purchasing a Montana Explorer, and since we had never used a shop car, they recommended renting one first to try it out. We went for it the other weekend, and the experience far exceeded all of our expectations, mainly for two reasons: Above all, for all the advice and help that Paula and the rest of the Rumbocar team offered us. From advice for installing the tow ball, or instructions for assembling and disassembling the car, to instructions and advice for hitching the trailer to the car, driving, how to maneuver, etc. All the doubts we had were perfectly clarified. And secondly for the car itself. Assembly and disassembly is as simple as they say, it is larger and more comfortable inside than we thought, and driving it is easier than I thought (this was almost the point that worried us the most). In the end we chose the comfort pack, which was a little more expensive, but the truth is that with everything it comes with, we didnt miss anything that renting a bungalow could have provided, for example.

Nosotros estabamos pensando en adquirir un Montana Explorer, y como no habiamos usado nunca un carro tienda nos recomendaron alquilar uno primero para probarlo. Nos animamos el otro fin de semana, y la experiencia supero ampliamente nuestras todas nuestras expectativas, principalmente por dos motivos: Por encima de todo por todo el asesoramiento y la ayuda que nos ofrecieron Paula y el resto de equipo de Rumbocar. Desde asesoramiento para la instalacion de la bola de remolque, o instrucciones para montaje y desmontaje del carro, hasta indicaciones y consejos para el enganche del remolque al coche, conduccion, como maniobrar, etc. Todas las dudas que traiamos se nos aclararon perfectamente. Y en segundo lugar por el carro en si. El montaje y desmontaje es tan sencillo como lo cuentan, resulta mas grande y comodo por dentro de lo que pensabamos, y su conduccion es mas facil de lo que creia (este era casi el punto que mas nos preocupaba). Nosotros elegimos al final el pack confort, que resultaba un poco mas caro, pero lo cierto es que con todo lo que trae no echamos de menos nada de lo que podria haber aportado alquilar un bungalow, por ejemplo.

Very kind in all the questions we asked them, we even had a problem with the dates and they solved it very efficiently. We hired the most complete option with transfer and assembly and everything has been easy, when we arrived at the campsite on the agreed day there it was waiting for us ready to enter, with all the comforts, our tent car (refrigerator, full kitchen, tables, chairs, beds comfortable...) We decided to rent a Comanche Montana trailer to try out the experience before purchasing our own. The experience could not have been better, both with the tent trailer, which more than met the expectations we had for speed of assembly, cleanliness, storage capacity and ease of handling, and the treatment with Tania and Carlos. We had a little problem. Our insurance did not confirm that the car was covered by car insurance, and Carlos and Tania immediately mobilized to take it to the destination campsite, which fortunately was within our same province. They spent the entire weekend trying to find out and solve it on their side, as well as us on ours, and since we had no solution, they went to pick it up and brought it back, at no additional cost. I couldnt be more grateful for the good treatment and professionalism with which they behaved at all times, as well as the availability of time to ask them any questions. I recommend Rumbocar without a doubt.

Nuestro seguro no nos confirmaba que el carro estuviese cubierto con el seguro del coche, y Carlos y Tania se movilizaron inmedatamente para llevarlo al camping destino, que afortunadamente estaba dentro de nuestra misma provincia. Estuvieron todo el fin de semana intentando informarse y solucionarlo por su lado, asi como nosotros por el nuestro, y como no tuvimos solucion, fueron a recogerlo y lo trajeron de vuelta, sin coste adicional. No puedo estar mas agradecida del buen trato y profesionalidad con la que se comportaron en todo momento, asi como la disponbilidad de horario para realizarles cualquier consulta. Recomiendo Rumbocar sin duda ninguna.
