He alquilado durante dos semanas una furgoneta con esta agencia de Villareal, y el trato dispensado por el chico que alli trabaja es de 10! Necesite prorrogar el alquiler y no tuve ningun problema. Todo era soluciones, ningun problema. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100.
I have rented a van for two weeks with this agency in Villareal, and the treatment provided by the guy who works there is 10! I needed to extend the rent and I had no problem. Everything was solutions, no problems. I recommend it 100 percent.

El personal que atiende las reservas tiene un trato excelente. Son simpaticos, agradables,educados. La flota de furgonetas y coches ( por lo menos los que yo he alquilado ) son nuevos. El estado de la flota es impecable. Te lo entregan muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. En resumen..... un 9,5 para ellos!! El 10 cuando tengan motos. Seguiremos en el futuro alquilando en Malco.
The staff that handles reservations has excellent treatment. They are friendly, pleasant, educated. The fleet of vans and cars (at least the ones I have rented) are new. The condition of the fleet is impeccable. They deliver it to you very clean and in very good condition. In summary..... a 9.5 for them!! 10 when they have motorcycles. We will continue renting in Malco in the future.
