Luke was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Our requirement for a car was last minute not realising how challenging this are was without a car (no Uber)... Luke got us a car and went more than the extra mile! I set off an a walk to collect the car, when he realised what I was about to do, he jumped in the car and collected me! Made the paperwork nice and easy and then even looked after me at the end of the car hire period... thoroughly recommended using Luke/Costa Car Rentals

Amazing service, Luke is brilliant goes above and beyond to help! Really late enquiry to rent a car whilst away, no one else had 1 available but Luke pulled it out the bag and stayed after working hours to clean it and have it ready for us for 7pm! No hassle just driving licence passport and payment and off we went with a booster seat thrown in for free! Definately deserves 5 stars! Thanks Luke, see u next year!
