Mit Abstand die billigste und freundlichste Autovermietung auf La Palma. Wir waren schon unzahlige Male auf der Insel und gehen nur noch zu Favi. Letzten Urlaub haben wir den Schlussel verloren, Handy und Geld waren im verschlossenen Auto - so waren wir in einer Notsituation! Francisco ist sofort gekommen, ist fur uns 1,5 h zum Flughafen und zuruck gefahren um einen Ersatzschlussel zu holen. Gezahlt haben wir am Ende nur fur Material und Programmierung des Ersatzschlussels. Francesco hat uns wegen unseres Missgeschicks nie kritisiert und hat uns statt dessen aufgemuntert und beruhigt. Bei den anderen Vermietern waren wir auch zufrieden - insbesondere was den Zustand der Fahrzeuge betrifft - aber Favi ist fur uns der Beste.
By far the cheapest and friendliest car rental company on La Palma. We have been to the island countless times and only go to Favi. Last vacation we lost the key, cell phone and money were in the locked car - so we were in an emergency situation! Francisco came immediately and drove 1.5 hours to the airport and back for us to get a spare key. In the end we only paid for the material and programming of the replacement key. Francesco never criticized us for our misfortune and instead encouraged and reassured us. We were also satisfied with the other rental companies - especially when it came to the condition of the vehicles - but Favi is the best for us.
