Llegue a La Palma a las 1800h el 31 de octubre, y sin reserva de vehiculo y en el Aeropuerto nos atendieron en Europcar, gracias al personal nos ofrecieron un Audi A1, por una semana y un buen precio,mas fianza de 100 euros por la gasolina, devolvimos el coche con el deposito lleno y nos acaban de devolver la fianza, buen servicio y contentos
I arrived in La Palma at 6:00 p.m. on October 31, and without a vehicle reservation and at the airport they assisted us at Europcar, thanks to the staff they offered us an Audi A1, for a week and a good price, plus a deposit of 100 euros for the gasoline, we returned the car with a full tank and they just returned our deposit, good service and happy

I booked a car online via "economy bookings" and paid extra for full coverage insurance and they sent me a mail stating: amount to pay on pickup is 0EUR At pickup I was told the booking didn't include basic insurance so I was charged some additional 40EUR per day, otherwise I couldn't take the car and there was no way to get my money back. Total rip-off!
The service of Europcar at La Palma Airport is beyond. They were very friendly and helpful, I got a rental car in a very good condition and the pick up and return went very smooth. Besides that good service, I unfortunately lost a bracelet in the car. I realized when I was already back in Germany. They sent it back to me via mail. Thank you so so much!
They cancelled my reservation for the car 5 minutes before rental. Never again I'll rent with EUROPCAR again. Other companies have no available cars at the moment so I have to change all my plans. They really ruined my whole holidays.
Super bad service!!! Staffs at the desk don't speak proper English + weird policy on not accepting our bank card or cash or information from our credit card, we did not bring our credit card with us, but just ,,physical credit card" for deposits even though we already paid when booking online by our credit card and for save reason we prefer to keep our credit card at home when traveling. Suggested option from the desk: cancel this reservation online (just cancel?? No Refund?!) and rent the car directly from them (now it could be paid by cash???!!!) with the cost of 156EUR instead of our paid reservation of 103EUR for 7 days. What?! Autoeurope customers service is also bad and not helpful in supporting customer to solve problem. Just played us around from ,,they should accept your bank card or cash as the deposit, blablabla.......this is the central call number, you should call the service number in spain, etc. Blablabla.... in case the reservation has to cancel now, we can't possibly do the refund which you already paid by credit card when booking online because we are just an external party (???!!!)". After 3-4 long different phone calls, problem remained and no proper solution to support customer. Platform after all still runs by people and people have access for information. But no support to customer and no good policy with their networks partners.
Very bad costumer service. Took more than 100e from us and I didn't get a car.
