Probably the best, most polite and friendly service I have had at a Car Rental office. I wish I had taken the name of the young man on duty (October 9th 2019). As well as dealing efficiently will all the paperwork, he gave me help with directions and other great information. Top marks! Muchas grazias!

Car was OK, prize was OK as well, but when I got the car, the tank wasn't completely full. I came back to complain about it straight away and I was told that was a problem with the meter, the guy who gave it to me swore that he had checked himself. Unfortunately, the meter seemed to have fixed itself after I fill it up because it did show as full. Too much of a coincidence so I cannot help but feel like they diddled me. Not amazing. I won't go back.

The place can be accessed by bus from Vilanova train station, they have nice cars and the personnel is very professional. I suggest to contact before. Cars can be dropped at the airport.

Ive had good experiences with this station in the past, but today it was an absolute disaster. I had a reservation and politely reported to the counter. The employee immediately said that he didnt speak English and that I should speak to him in Spanish since we were in Spain. Extremely worrying for an international car rental company. Luckily I had a friend with me who spoke Spanish and translated. The employee also told him that he hated foreigners and that they were too arrogant for him. This person clearly chose his job wrongly. I then wanted to check the vehicle for damage, but he first wanted me to sign the rental agreement, which of course listed the damage. Because of my request they became extremely aggressive and no longer wanted to give me a car. It was only a call to Europcar that made it possible for me to receive a very dirty vehicle.
