El trato de Tamara fue excelente. Me explico todas las dudas que tenia, tanto por telefono cuando solicite la furgoneta, como el dia que fui a recogerla. La furgoneta que alquile estaba en excelentes condiciones

Entregan la furgoneta limpia, bastante nueva, y el personal muy majo, y hasta te permiten flexibilidad de entregarla fuera del horario comercial. Aunque parece un error utilizar esa flexibilidad, ya que al dia siguiente de la entrega recibo una llamada indicando que habia rascado la furgoneta. En este momento me doy cuenta que no tengo forma de rebatirlo al no estar presente. Lo peor de todo, me cobran un supuesto presupuesto de un taller, infladisimo que no van a utilizar ya que en la entrega la furgoneta ya estaba llena de rascazos.
They deliver the van clean, fairly new, and the staff is very nice, and they even allow you the flexibility to deliver it outside of business hours. Although it seems like a mistake to use that flexibility, since the day after delivery I receive a call stating that I had scratched the van. At this moment I realize that I have no way to refute it since I am not present. Worst of all, they charge me a supposed estimate from a workshop, a very inflated one that they are not going to use since upon delivery the van was already full of scratches.
La furgoneta muy comoda, moderna y de facil conduccion. El servicio muy bueno y estabamos contentos con la experiencia en general. La sorpresa nos la llevamos cuando al dia siguiente de devolverla nos dicen que tenia un rascazo en la defensa. Un rascazo que al 100% estaba de antes, pero caimos de pardillos y no sacamos fotos antes del alquiler. La empresa, en la entrega apunta los defectos en un papel en blanco y negro con una linea sobre la foto de las furgonetas. Un papel que ni siquiera te dan a firmar y que pueden escribir lo que quieran. Por eso nuestra experiencia se arruino.
The van is very comfortable, modern and easy to drive. The service was very good and we were happy with the overall experience. We were surprised when the day after returning it they told us that it had a scratch on the bumper. A scratch that was 100% from before, but we fell for it and didn't take photos before the rental. The company, upon delivery, notes the defects on a black and white piece of paper with a line over the photo of the vans. A paper that they don't even give you to sign and that they can write whatever they want. That's why our experience was ruined.
