Estoy muy satisfecho. Tanto atencion al cliente, la calidad de los coches y las opciones que ofrece, como la sencillez de la app. Ademas de todas las veces que he necesitado hacer una reserva, solo una vez no pude realizarla por que estaban todos los vehiculos reservados.

M'acabo de vendre el cotxe per d'ara en endavant nomes fer servir aquests cotxes quan els necessiti, he sospesat la opcio de comprar-me'n un de nou pero aquests em van perfecte nomes tinc por de que no se'n cansin o abandonin Vilafranca, a mi em surt infinitament mes rentable llogar un cotxe que tenir un de propi pels kilometres que faig. Com a punts negatius la poca llum on hi han els cotxes i la falta de senyal de internet.

Poso tres estrelles perque el servei esta be, aixi com l'aplicacio, pero no entreguen els cotxes nets ni desinfectats entre client i client, per molta tovalloleta que hi hagi dins. Un motiu d'inseguretat amb els temps que corren.

Buena iniciativa en Vilafranca del Penedes. Solo te descargas la app, creas la reserva, y hecho. Tuvimos algun problema de conectividad, pero en atencion al cliente nos lo resolvieron rapido. El coche va muy bien; es 100% electrico, y aunque al principio sufrimos un poco por si llegariamos, nos dimos cuenta de que no habia problema, pues el vehiculo tenia suficiente autonomia. Los coches estan equipados con tarjetas para cargar en muchos sitios.

Hem agafat els vehicles a la base de Placa Penedes, i ens ha funcionat tot molt be. Els cotxes son facils de trobar, estaven carregats al 98% i nets. La tecnologia que utilitzen, amb la qual pots gestionar tu mateixa la teva reserva, es molt util. La primera vegada que vam agafar-los vam trobar una guia d'usuari a l'interior del leaf, on s'explicava el funcionament basic del vehicle. Un bon servei i a un preu molt correcte! Patiem una mica pel tema del covid, pero a dins del cotxe vam trobar gel hidroalcoholic, i es notava que el vehicle havia estat netejat abans de que l'agafessim.

Hem utilitzat el servei en algunes ocasions, i tot ha anat be. L'app funciona correctamente, els cotxes estan en bon estat i el servei d'atencio al client es eficac. Una bona experiencia! Repetirem.

Molt content, vaig reservar el servei per uns familiar que van estar un dies a Vilafranca. Amb l'app pots obrir el cotxe, el cotxe era electric molt nou, van anar varis cops a Barcelona i en zona blava podien aparcar gratuitament.
