Lamentable. Ha pasado una semana desde que alquile el coche y aun sigo esperando la fianza de 200EUR que me cobraron. No he recibido ningun tipo de explicacion y llevo mas de 20 llamadas al telefono de contacto y no lo cogen, cuelgan la llamada. Es una verguenza que el trabajador no se digne a responder un telefono, cortar la llamada al segundo tono para poder preguntar el motivo por el cual aun no recibo el ingreso de mi fianza. El coche iba el buenas condiciones, pero el servicio post-reserva es penoso.
Regrettable. It's been a week since I rented the car and I'm still waiting for the EUR200 deposit they charged me. I have not received any type of explanation and I have made more than 20 calls to the contact number and they do not pick up, they hang up the call. It is a shame that the worker does not deign to answer a phone, cut off the call on the second ring to be able to ask the reason why I have not yet received my deposit payment. The car was in good condition, but the post-reservation service is painful.
Had a very smooth and efficient experience both in pick up and return. I was pleasantly surprised at how new the car was (2022, 20k km), and the staff was very friendly and gave me clear instructions and guidelines at all times.
Al igual que el ano pasado, me cobran por retraso en la entrega, todo por no querer ver e identificar los tickets, de cada coche. si hay que dejar en el coche, pero por lo que veo no les pasa una sola vez, les pasa habitualmente. tampoco creo que tengan una entrega desmesurada de coches, como para no saber de cual es cual. mas cuando hacen entregar el ticket de la gasolina, cosa que me parece personal. a mi parecer deberian tener plazas para sus coches, ya que lo debes dejar donde se antoje. bueno me parece muy mala organizacion la de este establecimiento, deben mejorar. tambien, parece que era dia festivo, pues igual debeis anunciarlo en algun sitio, ya que la gente de fuera no tenemos por que saber que es una fiesta local. Menos mal que yo saque fotos del ticket de parquin, y del de la gasolina. Por que ya no sabes de quien fiarte, esta vez no saque fotos del coche en donde lo cogi, no sabia que los companeros de esa oficina, no harian bien el trabajo y me pasan incidencias de golpes varios. cuando yo no he hecho ningun rasguno al coche. pero claro queda en mi historial, cosa que no me hace ninguna gracia. menos mal que yo cogi una cobertura para todo esto, que la oficina de donde cogi ya me aviso, estate tranquila por si le das algun golpe, por que tienes cobertura. ya claro pero al no hacer bien su trabajo, parece que la culpa es mia. En defensa del chico de la oficina de Figueras, dire que ha hecho el cambio, pero insisto, deberiais. hacer el esfuerzo de comprobar de cual es cada ticket y cada coche, no tendreis muchas devoluciones diarias. tambien, me parece que los horarios de las oficinas son muy excuetos.

Because you no longer know who to trust, this time I did not take photos of the car where I took it, I did not know that the colleagues in that office would not do the job well and I have had incidents of various hits. when I haven't made any scratches to the car. but of course it is in my history, which I don't like at all. Thank goodness that I took out coverage for all this, that the office where I took it from already warned me, be calm in case you hit something, because you have coverage. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Pesimo servicio, mal trato por parte del trabajador que me facilito el coche llegando incluso a gritarme y pagar conmigo su mal dia. Me entrego un coche sucio y con un cristal roto!!!Avis deberia de tener cuidado con esto porque es muy peligroso conducir asi, me di cuenta por el ruido que hacia el aire en carretera...
I do not recommend at all. Terrible service, bad treatment by the worker who provided me with the car, even yelling at me and paying for his bad day with me. They gave me a dirty car with a broken glass!!! Avis should be careful with this because it is very dangerous to drive like this, I realized from the noise the air made on the road...
So impressed with the man working at Avis in Figueres where we picked up our car today-we were let down by Enterprise/ Alamo in Girona-we booked a car through easyJet and we got there for them to say they have no cars and nothing they can do. Will be going back to Avis in future as no upselling either.
AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! The worst experience I ever had!!! Please try to avoid this guys!! We booked a car with them and when we arrived to collect they said they can't give us a car because the passport is not from the same country as the driving licence which is wrong! When you live in a different country that you were born you have to change your driving licence but not your Passport !!! Even the managers from UK offices rang them to explain that that was wrong but they weren't listening and started being rude. After an hour and a half waiting , they said they wont give us a car. We then went to Enterprise,which were happy to give us a car straight away with the same documents,so 5* to Enterprise rent a car! I wont be using them again for sure.
