Se quedaron con la fianza integra. Segun me comunican semana mas tarde, tras yo preguntar.. por unos supuestos desperfectos. Te envian las fotografias y gracias por su dinero. En mi caso, se utilizo para una mudanza de Viladecans a Viladecans. Se entrego y dejo aparcada en la calle, cerca de donde la recogi (Supuestamente nadie te hace la recogida en domingo). Tras intentar hablar telefonicamente con algun responsable, resulto imposible. No me facilitaron telefono ni recibi llamada por mas que lo solicite por correo. En definitiva, te dicen que "la normativa es clara, el responsable eres tu"..a pesar de hacerme dejar la furgoneta en la calle. Yo no hice ninguna foto tras dejarla aparcada, la utilice 8h y no contemple la posibilidad de que algo asi pudiera pasar. De todos modos, entiendo que en caso de tener fotos, su argumento seria el mismo, que cuando la fueron a recoger, ya tenia desperfecto y la culpa era mia. Moraleja, lo barato sale caro.

In any case, I understand that if they had photos, their argument would be the same, that when they went to pick it up, it was already damaged and it was my fault. Moral, cheap is expensive.
!Excelente servicio! Alquilar una furgoneta con Furgocat fue una experiencia impecable de principio a fin. Destacan por su eficiencia y profesionalismo, lo cual se nota desde el momento en que haces la reserva hasta la devolucion del vehiculo. La puntualidad es algo que valoro mucho, y en este caso cumplieron perfectamente con los tiempos acordados. Ademas, el trato cercano y amable del equipo hace que todo el proceso sea mucho mas sencillo y agradable. Responden cualquier duda con rapidez y siempre con una actitud positiva, lo que genera mucha confianza. Otro punto que me impresiono fue la rapidez con la que gestionaron la devolucion de la fianza, algo que muchas veces puede ser engorroso en otros lugares. Aqui fue practicamente inmediato. Sin duda, si necesito alquilar una furgoneta nuevamente, volvere a elegir Furgocat. Los recomiendo al 100%. !Un servicio de 10!

El servicio fue magnifico. La furgoneta estaba practicamente nueva y no nos dio ningun problema. La atencion previa por whats tambien fue muy buena, resolvieron todas mis dudas al momento. No pongo 5 estrellas por un gusto exclusivamente personal ya que me hubiera gustado que existiera la opcion de alquiler una furgoneta por horas, y no minimo 24h, pero no tiene nada que ver con su servicio que como ya he dicho fue impecable.

I don't give 5 stars out of exclusively personal taste since I would have liked there to be the option of renting a van by the hour, and not at least 24 hours, but it has nothing to do with their service, which, as I have already said, was impeccable.
100% recomendable, servicio de 10 y atencion de 20 , las chicas de la oficina son atentas, amables, simpaticas y eficaces. Sin ningun problema y con todas las facilidades posibles y a muy buen precio. Flota variada de furgonetas y todas en muy buen estado y casi nuevas. Repetire seguro.
