Pick up was smooth and easy. The guy at the OK desk was very clear and helpful. The quality of the vehicle was top class...... so much so, I am considering buying the same car when I return home. On return to the airport, the lady at the desk saw us pulling into the car park and came to meet us. She was so friendly and clear on what the return process would be. I received an email before our flight left saying all was good with the car and my deposit would be returned to my credit card. Would definitely use OK mobility again, purely because their prices are good, their cars are great and their staff are friendly and helpful.

We have just recently hired a car through Ok mobility and can't fault their service and the quality and cleanliness of the car. We had originally booked a smaller car but upon arrival we were given a VW Tiguan which was a nice surprised and made our trip more enjoyable. We will certainly be booking with Ok mobility again.

My overall experience renting a car with OK mobility at La Coruna airport was fantastic. Loved it! Will rent again with them. Service for pick up and return was fast and instructions were clear and it's just easy access to everything with the airport being so small. I recommend using them at this airport. I should also note for the car I got the price was very low. It was excellent value. Booked through a third party Discover Cars which already had full coverage for any issues.

A company without any desire to offer service to its customers. After receiving the keys of the car and walking to pick it up I checked the documents and realized that I had been charged an insurance at 150 EUR which I never understood that I had agreed upon. In less than 5 minutes I was back at the office asking for an explanation. They told me that I had signed and that they couldn't cancel. I tried discussing with then at the office, then calling their HQ with no results. They all blamed me and said that I had signed. All this and I didn't even see the car yet as I walked back immediately. Very, very disappointed and can really confirm zero willingness to understand nor help. Will never recommend this form to anyone.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We picked the car up in Bilbao and dropped it off in A Coruna. Staff were really friendly and helpful in both offices. Great value for money, over 50% cheaper than other companies. Just be aware that the Bilbao office isn't actually in the airport but I think they do a shuttle service (we got a taxi as we hadn't booked).

**Terrible experience with Ok Mobility** Renting with Ok Mobility has been a great disappointment. From the beginning, we felt it had been a mistake. The advertising indicated 3,000 km per contract, but when we arrived at the A Coruna airport to pick up the car, they told us that this only applied if you rented it for a month. We ended up paying an additional 150 for an additional 1,000 km, which was not clear from the beginning. When the car was delivered to us, I noticed that it had scratches. I informed the staff, but they assured me not to worry because we had comprehensive insurance. Still, I took photos of the car as a precaution, which later turned out to be key. When we returned the car, they tried to tell us that the tank was not full, even though we had filled it up just before at a nearby gas station. To prevent them from getting the wrong car when checking the fuel again, I decided to take it myself again to the gas station, but I didnt even need to leave the facilities, after a return to the parking lot, the tank showed full. The employee accepted it. (I took this precaution because their second check consisted of one of their employees taking the car to the gas station and if less than 7 came in they would consider it full). Later I received an email accusing me of damage that the car already had. Despite showing them and also sending them photos proving my innocence, Ok Mobility did not correct the report. The boy said that since it was closed he could no longer modify it and the central office did not answer. Since June, I have sent several emails explaining the situation, but they have not responded to any of them. The lack of professionalism is total and the customer service is non-existent. I do not recommend this company at all. He is irresponsible and unreliable. Para evitar que se equivocaran de coche al revisar el combustible otra vez, decidi llevarlo yo mismo de nuevo a la gasolinera, pero no me hizo falta ni salir de las instalaciones, tras una vuelta al parking, el deposito marcaba lleno. El empleado lo acepto. (Tome esta precaucion porque su segunda revision consistia en que uno de sus empleados llevase el coche a la gasolinera y si entraban menos de 7 lo considerarian lleno). Mas tarde recibi un correo acusandome de danos que el coche ya tenia. A pesar de ensenarles y tambien enviarles fotos que demostraban mi inocencia, Ok Mobility no corrigio el informe. El chico dijo que al estar cerrado ya no podia modificarlo y la central no contesta. Desde junio, he enviado varios correos explicando la situacion, pero no han respondido a ninguno. La falta de profesionalidad es total y el servicio al cliente, inexistente. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa. Es irresponsable y poco confiable. Para saber mas visitad el hilo de la red social X de @paxarocanteiro Hacen ver que se interesan, pero hasta ahora, no han resuelto nada.

Ante mi sorpresa me aseguro tajantemente (su tono fue inadecuado en todo momento) que quien me hizo entrega del vehiculo me informo de la obligatoriedad de presentar dicho ticket de gasolinera, lo que de ninguna manera aviso ni menciono. Por fortuna no habia tirado dicho ticket y lo mostre. Me temo que de no haberlo ensenado tienen establecido un cargo economico que aplicar. Sorprendentemente accedio a mi peticion de chequear el coche en mi presencia. No tardo ni un minuto en senalar un dano leve en el paragolpes trasero, que no estaba recogido en el parte del check-in. Aunque le asegure que yo no habia causado ningun dano, lo reflejo en su acta de check-out y computo 200 por dano leve mas 60 por administracion . Me pidio firmar su parte de entrega y lo hice indicando mi disconformidad. El empleado se puso a atender a otro cliente cuando recorde mi video del check-in y pude mostrarle que dicho dano leve ya estaba grabado y era previo a mi uso del vehiculo. En su tono habitual me dijo que el parte ya estaba cerrado y no se podia modificar. A mi pregunta de a donde dirigirme para reclamar me facilito el correo electronico. Desde el mismo aeropuerto y antes de tomar mi vuelo de regreso envie fotograma del video en el check-in, mostrando que el dano era previo y foto del dano imputado en el check-out solicitando liberaran el importe total de la cantidad retenida en mi tarjeta. Sin que nadie me haya respondido cuatro dias despues observo que ya no me han retenido nada en mi tarjeta. Sospecho que la tarifa baja es un gancho y si no suscribes un seguro adicional con ellos usan otras argucias para cobrarte mas. No es de recibo que un profesional se deje tantos danos sin reflejar en el check-in y sean tan certeros en el check-out. La actitud de los empleados afirmando categoricamente lo que el cliente sabe que no es asi, les ofrece la oportunidad de aprender a tratar a sus clientes. En resumen, tienen muchisimas oportunidades de mejora.
