No inicio do mes de julho fiz pesquisa do valor de aluguel de uma viatura, para minha surpresa uma semana depois quando iria consumar tal reserva, nao encontrei nenhuma viatura disponivel em nenhuma localidade, ao ligar para a loja, me foi confirmado que nao havia viaturas disponiveis no site, e ao fornecer os dados da minha reserva o atendente disponibilizou uma viatura com o dobro do valor que havia encontrado dias atras. Como obvio, nao efetuei a reserva e nao pretendo voltar a usar os servicos desta empresa.
At the beginning of July I researched the cost of renting a vehicle, to my surprise a week later when I was going to complete the reservation, I did not find any vehicle available in any location, when I called the store, it was confirmed that there were no vehicles available on the website, and when I provided my reservation details, the attendant made available a vehicle with twice the value that I had found a few days ago. Obviously, I did not make the reservation and I do not intend to use this company's services again.
