Colaboradores prestaveis e atenciosos. Viatura de substituicao dada pela companhia de seguros a precisar urgentemente de revisao! Aconselho todos a fotografar/ video do carro na altura de o levantar, mesmo fazendo seguro para zero de franquia! No meu caso a viatura estava danificada numa porta e o aproveitamento da situacao foi por demais evidente.
Helpful and attentive employees. Replacement vehicle provided by the insurance company in urgent need of inspection! I advise everyone to take photos/videos of the car when picking it up, even taking out insurance for zero deductibles! In my case, the vehicle was damaged in a door and the use of the situation was very evident.
Staff simpatico e atencioso. Por directrizes superiores a quando da entrega da viatura nao existe ninguem para verificar a mesma em termos de arranhoes etc... verifiquei a mesma e por azar descobri (tarde) cerca de 4 horas depois que existia um arranhao no retrovisor. A quando da entrega fui confrontado com isso, e logicamente expliquei toda a situacao que compreenderam tudo. A entrega da viatura tambem devera ser revista, pois entregar um carro sujo, muito sujo por fora e por dentro nao esta ao nivel da Turiscar. Podera ter sido um dia mau.
Friendly and attentive staff. Due to superior guidelines when the vehicle is delivered there is no one to check it for scratches etc... I checked it and unfortunately I discovered (late) around 4 hours later that there was a scratch on the rear view mirror. Upon delivery, I was confronted with this, and logically explained the entire situation and they understood everything. The delivery of the vehicle should also be reviewed, as delivering a dirty car, very dirty on the outside and inside, is not at Turiscar's level. It might have been a bad day.
Ando com uma viatura de substituicao do seguro, alugada na Turiscar de VN Famalicao e hoje, pelas 18:30h, sensivelmente, liguei para esta agencia a perguntar se era possivel prolongar por mais um dia e qual o custo, uma vez que o meu carro nao estara pronto dentro dos 5 dias dados pela seguradora. O funcionario informa-me que era possivel alugar por mais um dia, mas o valor tinha de ver com o colega que estava na agencia, uma vez que ele nao se encontrava la e que me ligava de seguida. Sao 21:10 e continuo a espera da chamada, que nunca vira, pois a esta hora estao fechados. Mau servico prestado!
I have an insurance replacement car, rented from Turiscar de VN Famalicao and today, at approximately 6:30 pm, I called this agency to ask if it was possible to extend it for another day and what the cost would be, since my car it will not be ready within the 5 days given by the insurance company. The employee informed me that it was possible to rent for another day, but the price had to be paid by the colleague who was at the agency, as he was not there and would call me straight away. It's 9:10 pm and I'm still waiting for the call, which I never get, as they're closed at this time. Bad service provided!
Foi efetuada uma reserva atraves da seguradora e os mesmos nao garantiram a viatura solicitada. Para alem de nao avisarem que a caucao de combustivel so era aceite em cartao em nome do proprio. Em nenhum SMS recebemos essa informacao.
A reservation was made through the insurance company and they did not guarantee the requested vehicle. In addition to not warning that the fuel deposit was only accepted on a card in the person's name. We did not receive this information in any SMS.
O atendimento foi simpatico e o carro que ne deram estava limpo e em boas condicoes. Tenho um reparo a fazer, na hora a que fui a casa de banho nao estava a funcionar.
The service was friendly and the car they gave us was clean and in good condition. I have a repair to make, at the time I went the bathroom wasn't working.
Nous avons ete agreablement surpris par l'accueil, plus accueillant et explicatif que notre assurance. Ils vous conseillent l'assurance tous risques, qui semble cher si votre location s'eternise mais on ne sait jamais ce qui peut arriver. Les voitures sont quasi neuves. Une belle equipe de jeunes dynamiques et professionnels.
We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, more welcoming and explanatory than our insurance. They recommend comprehensive insurance, which seems expensive if your rental lasts forever, but you never know what could happen. The cars are almost new. A great team of young, dynamic and professionals.
Ridicula a regra de permitir a entrada de apenas 1 pessoa , mesmo sendo em altura covid e mais lamentavel a resposta da recepcao ser "sao da mesma familia mas nos nao" (algo do genero porque nao fixei o discurso) quando antes de entrar estavam 2 colaboradores e um deles sem mascara. A agravar a situacao estao perto de 30 graus sem sombra e sem hipotese de me sentar ... Serve de experiencia para nunca mais me lembrar da Turiscar (pelo menos a de Vilar do paraiso)
The rule of allowing only 1 person to enter is ridiculous, even though it's during Covid times and it's even more regrettable that the reception's response is "they're from the same family but we're not" (something like that because I didn't fix the speech) when before entering there were 2 employees and one of them without a mask. To make the situation worse, it's close to 30 degrees with no shade and no chance to sit down... It serves as an experience to never remember Turiscar again (at least the one in Vilar do paradise)
Atendimento fraco. Pelas restricoes impostas pelo Covid-19 so permitem a entrada de um cliente de cada vez e ate ai tudo bem, o problema e que em dias de chuva como foi o caso nem de um toldo dispoem no exterior, ou seja os clientes esperam para ser atendidos na rua a chuva. No meu caso estavamos 2 pessoas ca fora, eu apenas tinha que devolver 1 viatura (e informei um dos funcionarios disso mesmo) e esperei 30 minutos a chuva. Durante todo este tempo estiveram no interior 3 funcionarios para atender apenas um cliente!! Total falta de eficiencia.
Poor service. Due to the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, they only allow one customer to enter at a time and so far so good, the problem is that on rainy days, as was the case, they don't even have an awning outside, meaning customers wait to be cared for on the street in the rain. In my case, there were 2 people outside, I only had to return 1 vehicle (and I informed one of the employees of this) and I waited 30 minutes in the rain. During all this time, 3 employees were inside to serve just one customer!! Total lack of efficiency.
