A fuir ! On a atterri dans cette agence alors qu'on avait reserve dans une autre ! (A 25 minutes de route) Deja ca demarre mal... L'employee qui nous a recus etait l'une des personnes les moins aimables que j'ai rencontree dans ma vie! Elle a demande a ce qu'on ramene le vehicule dans son agence (Iberocar), donc pas dans celle aupres de qui nous avions effectue notre reservation en ligne (Madlobos au centre de Porto).... Apres insistance et apres avoir telephone a la premiere agence (Madlobos) elle a fini par accepter (je passe les details sur leur conflit par telephone...). Pour finir, elle a insiste lourdement pour que nous reglions par carte bancaire. Chose que nous avons refuse car Madlobos acceptait les transactions en cash. Lorsqu'elle nous a dit que notre caution laissee en cash nous serait remboursee la semaine suivante par virement, on a demande a recuperer notre argent et on a fuit! Agence malhonnete et employee desagreable !
To flee! We ended up in this agency even though we had booked in another! (25 minutes' drive) It's already off to a bad start... The employee who received us was one of the least friendly people I have met in my life! She asked that we return the vehicle to her agency (Iberocar), therefore not to the one with whom we had made our reservation online (Madlobos in the center of Porto)... After insistence and after calling the first agency (Madlobos) she ended up accepting (I will pass on the details of their conflict over the phone...). Finally, she insisted that we pay by credit card. Something we refused because Madlobos accepted cash transactions. When she told us that our deposit left in cash would be refunded to us the following week by transfer, we asked for our money back and we fled! Dishonest agency and unpleasant employee!

Amazing customer service from the team at Iberocar. They were sourced when my original rental company couldn't find a car for the time I needed to pick it up. The owner was gracious enough to help install the car seats and away we went. Brand new Sear Ibiza with less than 4000km was a fun to drive on the Portugal highway to the Douro. The transponder for all the tolls on Portugal highways is a must. Great experience and highly recommend. Just a short Uber from downtown Porto but close to the highways so if you need to do an excursion out too the Douro Valley this is a quick option to get you outside the city quicker vs the hilly streets inside Porto.
