Don't rent from them!! awful service!! they charge me almost 200EUR for some minor scratche on the wheel that already was before. i try to call to the customer service and also sent a mail, but no answer!

I picked up a rented car at Guerin Gaia rental station. Check out procedure was fast, the car in order (not brand new, I guess it was a couple of years old, but with not so many kilometers on, around 20k). Moreover I'd like to namely mention Guerin agent, Mr Diogo F., whose service was perfect: very kind and polite, helpful, crystal clear about rental terms and conditions. Thanks again Mr. F.!

Very bad experience I just had. I advise anyone who has to deal with this company to take photos of every part of the car, including the interior, the entire bodywork, wheels, etc., dont risk going through what I went through. I was practically accused of stealing carpets from the car, of causing minor damage to rims and I was questioned about the missing antenna. But the car had been delivered like this to the guerin in Portimao. As they later recognized. And I was the one who had to go to the agency twice to resolve this on top of that. Very bad experience. Take photos. Dont risk it.

Aconselho a todos os tiverem que lidar com esta empresa, que tirem fotos de todos os pontos e corpo do carro, inclusive interior, de toda a carrocaria, rodas etc..,Nao arrisquem a passar o que que passei. Fui praticamente acusado de roubar tapetes do carro, de causar danos menores em jantes e questionaram-me sobre falta da antena. Mas o carro tinha sido entregue assim na guerin de portimao. Conforme depois reconheceram. E fui eu que tive que me deslocar uma 2 vez a agencia para resolver isto ainda por cima. Muito ma experiencia. Tirem fotos. Nao arrisquem.

Tres mauvaise experience : notre carte bancaire ne mentionnait pas credit mais seulement debit. De ce fait, Ils n ont jamais voulu nous donner la voiture meme en proposant de bloquer la garantie presente sur notre compte. Ils n ont pas propose de solutions a eviter absolument , nous avons du relouer une voiture ailleurs en catastrophe ce qui nous a pris 2 heures.

I regret the lack of customer support and lack of interest in finding a solution to pay for the service. We booked a car by paying the deposit and they didnt rent us a car because they dont accept debit cards but they agreed to make a reservation with the same card! We had 4 more cards, none of which they accepted and they didnt refund the money.

Reservamos carro pagando a caucao e nao nos alugaram carro porque nao aceitam cartoes debito mas aceitaram fazer reserva com o mesmo cartao! Terrible service from the employee Diogo Ferraz, Im not sure of his last name, but I was seen on 10/13/23 at around 1pm. Im sad to give this statement because Ive used cars from Guerin de Gaia and other areas before and Ive always received good service. I referred my non-Portuguese company to Guerin and thats why they asked me for help on this matter to renew the vehicles, but I already regret it.
