ME HAN ROBADO DESCARADAMENTE. He alquilado una furgoneta dos veces en el periodo de 15 dias. En la primera semana no hubo ningun tipo de inconveniente, hay que resenar que hicimos la entrega recogiendo el vehiculo el personal del concesionario. En la segunda ocasion llegamos previo acuerdo despues del cierre de las instalaciones. Dejamos el vehiculo delante de la puerta donde lo habiamos recogido, y las llaves en el buzon. Fue un viernes. Al lunes siguiente he llamado para preguntar si tenia que pasar por las instalaciones para la devolucion de la fianza, indicandome que no era necesario. No me informaron absolutamente de ninguna alteracion o anomalia del contrato de alquiler suscrito. Al dia siguiente es decir martes por fin aparece la devolucion faltando 70,18EUR Me dirijo a Vigo Rent a preguntar el porque de el NO abono del importe total y me indican que es porque tuvieron que rellenar el deposito, a lo que le contesto que tiene que haber un error, puesto que yo mismo he realizado la entrega del vehiculo y he rellenado el combustible, y comprobado que la aguja del marcador indicaba el lleno. Pues bien, la senora me dijo que me llamaria para ensenarme un ticket, y que aparte cobrarian el desplazamiento de unos 20EUR!! Le insisti en que he rellenado en la gasolinera de CEPSA de ORILLAMAR (apenas 3km) es imposible que entrase algo de combustible...en definitiva me lo han sacado de la fianza, (70,18EUR)...y lo unico que me queda es el derecho a la "pataleta", porque el dinero que han cobrado de manera fraudulenta no lo han repuesto.
THEY HAVE BRACENTLY ROBBED ME. I have rented a van twice in the period of 15 days. In the first week there were no problems of any kind, it should be noted that we made the delivery with the dealership staff picking up the vehicle. On the second occasion we reached an agreement after the closure of the facilities. We left the vehicle in front of the door where we had picked it up, and the keys in the mailbox. It was a Friday. The following Monday I called to ask if I had to go through the facilities to return the deposit, telling me that it was not necessary. They did not inform me of any alteration or anomaly of the signed rental contract. The next day, that is, Tuesday, the refund finally appears, missing EUR70.18 I go to Vigo Rent to ask why they are NOT paying the full amount and they tell me that it is because they had to refill the deposit, to which I answer that there must be an error, since I myself have delivered the vehicle and I refilled the fuel, and verified that the gauge needle indicated full. Well, the lady told me that she would call me to show me a ticket, and that they would also charge for the trip of about EUR20!! I insisted that I filled up at the CEPSA gas station in ORILLAMAR (barely 3km away) it is impossible for any fuel to come in...in short they have taken it out of my deposit, (EUR70.18)...and the only thing I have left is the right to a "tantrum", because the money they have collected fraudulently has not been replaced.

E brutto muoversi per il mondo e incontrare gente disonesta come loro!!! Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina (che macchina non era perche a detta loro non avevano piu disponibilita e per farci un "favore"ci hanno dato un furgoncino tutto scassato tralasciando questo punto che noi consapevolmente abbiamo accettato al momento del pagamento ci vengono richiesti 79.00 euro per il furgone piu 250 euro da pagare obbligatoriamente con carta Al momento della riconsegna non siamo riusciti ad effettuare il rifornimento per mettere il carburante mancante e loro ci hanno assicurato lo avrebbero fatto immediatamente per restituire subito il deposito meno la differenza del carburante mancante Morale della favola abbiamo dovuto aspettare una settimana per ottenere indietro il nostro deposito e ci siamo visti sottratti 50 euro per a detta loro il pieno del serbatoio quando invece era meno di un quarto Assolutamente sconsigliato e disonesti oltre che scortesi e antipatici

We rented a car (which car it wasn't because according to them they no longer had availability and to do us a "favor" they gave us a van that was completely broken down leaving out this point which we knowingly accepted at the time of payment we are asked for 79.00 euros for the van plus 250 euros to be paid by card At the time of return we were unable to refuel to put in the missing fuel and they assured us they would do so immediately to immediately return the deposit minus the difference of the missing fuel Moral of the story we had to wait a week to get our deposit back and we were deducted 50 euros for what they said was a full tank when in fact it was less than a quarter Absolutely not recommended and dishonest as well as rude and unpleasant
Evitar tanto como sea posible. Hicimos una reserva y recibimos un correo electronico confirmando que se habia enviado correctamente. Todo parecia normal hasta que llegamos al lugar y nos dijeron que la misma reserva no habia sido aceptada y que el auto ya no estaba disponible. Nos resulto extrano que no recibimos un email rechazando la reserva, pero nos mostraron como alternativa un coche que, a pesar de ser mas caro, acabamos aceptando. Procedimos a entregar los documentos solicitados y en medio del registro se acerco otra empleada (probablemente la jefa a juzgar por su soberbia y mayor edad) quien llamo a quien nos estaba atendiendo y luego de una breve conversacion vino a decirnos que ibamos a tener que esperar como lo habian hecho. Habia mucha demanda y tenian que ver si el auto estaria disponible para nosotros. Aunque nos indigno la falta de profesionalismo, esperamos el tiempo solicitado y volvimos a preguntar. Fue entonces cuando nos dijeron que no podrian enterarse de nuestra situacion en el corto plazo y nos sugirieron que dejaramos nuestro numero de celular para poder contactarnos lo antes posible. Desde ese momento nada mas. En mi opinion nos pasaron por alto porque solo teniamos una reserva para dos dias, lo cual no era tan favorable como otras que aparecieron en ese momento. Nunca habia visto algo asi y, por eso, decidi compartir mi experiencia aqui.
Avoid as much as possible. We made a reservation and received an email confirming that it had been successfully submitted. Everything seemed normal until we arrived at the location and they told us that the same reservation had not been accepted and that the car was no longer available. We found it strange that we did not receive an email rejecting the reservation, but they showed us a car as an alternative that, despite being more expensive, we ended up accepting. We proceeded to deliver the requested documents and in the middle of the registration another employee approached (probably the boss judging by her arrogance and older age) who called the person who was assisting us and after a brief conversation she came to tell us that we were going to have to wait. as they had done. There was a lot of demand and they had to see if the car would be available for us. Although we were outraged by the lack of professionalism, we waited the requested time and asked again. It was then that they told us that they would not be able to find out about our situation in the short term and suggested that we leave our cell phone number so that they could contact us as soon as possible. From that moment nothing more. In my opinion we were passed over because we only had a reservation for two days, which was not as favorable as others that appeared at that time. I had never seen anything like it and, therefore, I decided to share my experience here.
Returned the car. Worker drove and broke the clutch of the car. Then they said it was your fault. It is Company's responsibility to ensure the car's services are performed according to the manufacturer's specifications. They won't give the deposit. Do not go there. I would give 0/5 if that was possible.
We rented a car for a day. Major downer was that we got the car with an almost empty tank and when I returned it 3/4 full they only gave me 6 euro's compensation for what was at least 25 euro's of diesel. So make sure to request they fill up the tank before you take the car with you. The car was not the newest but drove all right and was spacious. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. Prices are quite high, but similar to other companies in the area. Staff is busy, but friendly.
Prices look promisong at first sight, but suddenly additional costs pop up. Out of a 40EUR rental for 1 day I ended up with 109EUR without any additional justification. Not to be recommended.
We had a good experience at this car rental. Friendly service, good offers and everything correct regarding our reservation and return of the car. Conveniently situated across the street from Vigo station. Certainly would rent again from this place.
