La web me resulto muy facil de usar. Ademas envie un mail para consultar unos temas mas concretos porque necesitaba la seguridad de contar con un tamano de maletero muy concreto y respondieron amablemente, rapido y con todo tipo de explicaciones y facilidades. Nos facilitaron el horario de recogida y entrega. Repetire seguro cuando volvamos a necesitar alquilar.

Realice una reserva de una furgoneta de 5 plazas Peugeot phartner tepee el dia 22 de agosto, esta reserva era para 21 dias que iban desde el 07 de septiembre al 28 de septiembre, bueno, pues llega el dia de la recogida, despues de llegar a Getafe donde teniamos que recoger la furgoneta, nos encontramos que no existia oficina fisica, llamamos al movil que figura enel sms que te envian y no contestan, llamamos al telefono de atencion al cliente y nos atienden, nos hacen el cobro de la reserva y la fianza y nos indican que nos llamaran de la sucursal para darnos el codigo del llavero para recoger las llaves. Pasada media hora, no nos habian llamado, vuelvo a llamar att. Al cliente y me dicen que se pondran de nuevo en contacto que ellos no tienen el codigo de la llave. Bueno pues 1 hora casi esperando, nos llaman de la oficina y nos dicen que la furgoneta que habiamos alquilado con 15 dias de antelacion no estaba disponible y nos ofrecen una Trafict de 3 plazas (lo de similar se lo pasan por el forro) le digo que no y la otra opcion que me dan son 2 monovolumen del ano 2008...... Como comprendereis no pago 700EUR por un vehiculo del 2008, total despues de perder 3 horas esperando, no dan solucion. Solicito la devolucion de la reserva inmediata y de la fianza. Tras revisar el movimiento del banco, no figura la devolucion, vuelvo a llamar y exijo que la devolucion se haga de manera inmediata que te go que alquilar otro coche en otra compania, finalmente me hacen transferencia. RECOMIENDO KO ALQUILAR AQUI, AL FINAL LO BARATO SALE CARO. Voy a pedir danos y perjuicios por la perdida de tiempo y retraso de viaje que tenia planificado.

Recogida y devolucion super facil fuera del horario mediante buzon y WhatsApp. Me gusta que hay coches mas interesantes de lo tipico a buen precio, alquile un Citroen C5 y casi daba pena devolverlo tras coger el truco y disfrutarlo por las carreteras gallegas
