Very good experience. Be extremely sure to take pictures of the vehicle when you get it of all scratch marks and of anything with the seats interior. Unfortunately no review of the vehicle when picked up but yes when turned it in. Pictures saved me from being charged for previous damage. Wish it had a reverse camera. It did have senors and beeping when getting close to things especially good with parallel parking. If you are from outside the EU you must have an international drivers license. This company may not force it but police fines are between 200-500 euro. So best to have one. Most cars in the EU are manual transmission and most Americans should pay for the automatic upgrade. For 30 years i haven't driven one. I was able too but harder than I thought it was going to be.

Great staff at both Vigo and Santiago airports, friendly and effective. The car was ready to go and the Audi Q2 a really good vehicle to drive.
Excellent customer service and quick pick-up / drop-off from the team at Vigo airport in Spain. Low star rating due to the car that was provided being a lot smaller than I had expected. An Audi A1 is a lot smaller than what I had paid for, but apparently is in the same class as bigger cars. Only real problem for me.

Best recommend europcar. Very help full staff in vigo airport. Very clean car. Not a single problem. This car gave us(lynk n Co) we drove 3322km. Best recommend. Easy to deal with their policy. Very straight forward.
I am very satisfied with the company. I had rented a compact mini, but instead, I received a free upgrade to a fully equipped Ford Focus ST-Line.
Amazing service by Montsi!!!!! We found ourselves stranded after our own car broke down and had to quickly find a rental to return to our hotel in OGrove and continue our holiday. As it was last minute, no car rental company in the airport had ANY free cars. We had a bad experience with Enterprise rental beside them and their service. So we tried Europecar and although they did not have a free car until the afternoon of the following day at the very least, Monsie literally bent over backwards for us and reassured us that she would do all possible to find us a car. She personally took it upon herself to ensure we would be taken care of and not find ourselves stranded and unable to get back to our hotel and have to book another hotel until they had a free car. After about 20min of her staying later than her finish time, she got us a car! Ontop of it is was the best price by far out of all the companies. Car worked a charm and drop off was smooth and easy. She saved us our holiday, and a lot of money. 5 for Europcar and 100 stars for amazing Montsi! Thank you, gracias de tus amigos de Gibraltar!
