Super majo Ivan que nos atendio. Nos cogimos un coche automatico y nos hemos enamorado. Ahora queremos uno igual. Sin sorpresas malas. Devolvimos el coche con la gasolina llena, en perfecto estado y nos devolvieron la fianza completa, sin problemas! Muy recomendable!
Super nice Ivan who attended to us. We took an automatic car and we fell in love. Now we want one just like it. No bad surprises. We returned the car with full gas, in perfect condition and they returned the full deposit, without problems! Highly recommended!
Revisad bien las ruedas que llevais, las usan recauchutadas si esta mal gastada le ponen el calibre donde hay dibujo para indicar que cumple la ley y si hay problemas despues pagas tu. A mi se me despego el caucho en marcha quedando la rueda lisa de competicion, viajaba con ninos...para matarse. Eso si, la rueda y los danos hay que pagarlos que el calibre en el medio daba, aunque por fuera no tenia ni dibujo. Preocupados cero por la seguridad, el coche me pito revision a los 50 km ( habia alquilado para 10 dias! ) La caja de fusibles a los pies del conductor sin la tapa , para pisarlos y tener lio. Experiencia horrible
Check the wheels you have carefully, use them retreaded if they are badly worn, they put the gauge where there is a drawing to indicate that it complies with the law and if there are problems you pay later. My rubber came off while driving, leaving the wheel smooth as a competition wheel, I was traveling with children...to die for. Of course, the wheel and the damage must be paid for by the gauge in the middle, although on the outside it didn't even have a drawing. Concerned zero about safety, the car whistled for an inspection after 50 km (I had rented for 10 days!) The fuse box at the driver's feet without the cover, so I could step on them and have a mess. Horrible experience
!NO VOLVEREMOS A ALQUILAR EN ESTA COMPANIA! Necesitabamos un vehiculo para trasladarnos desde Vigo a otra comunidad autonoma y coincidio que la persona que habitualmente realiza estas gestiones en nuestra empresa se encontraba de vacaciones , asi que fuimos nosotros los que personalmente alquilamos por su web un vehiculo de gama media y nuestra sorpresa fue mayuscula cuando al llegar nos comenta que nos tiene que dar un Opel Corsa, pero que por 7EUR mas nos puede ofrecer un vehiculo superior. Nos miramos con incredulidad, encajamos el golpe y le comentamos que OK. El coche que nos alquilan esta completamente sucio, tanto por dentro como por fuera, con la dificultad que conlleva para hacerle una revision de rayones y golpes. Habia algunos rayones que la senorita del alquiler desconocia y si no se los mostramos seguramente habriamos cargado con ellos. El vehiculo castigado con mas de 60.000 kms y encima el deposito de gasolina esta en 3/4 de su capacidad total, con la consiguiente dificultad a la hora de entregarlo con la misma cantidad de gasolina. La compania con la que alquilamos habitualmente siempre entrega el deposito completo para entregarlo de igual forma. Al coche le habian sacado del bajo maletero la rueda de repuesto, imagino para que contrates un servicio de asistencia en carretera. Al abrir las puertas para entrar como no tengas precaucion te manchas la ropa de la cantidad de polvo y suciedad que acumulaban los marcos de las puertas. En nuestras empresas alquilamos del orden de 40/50 vehiculos al ano. Ahora ya sabemos que no debemos de alquilar con esta compania dada su poca profesionalidad. !POCO PROFESIONALES Y POCA SERIEDAD Y TRASPARENCIA A LA HORA DE RESERVAR LOS VEHICULOS!
WE WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! We needed a vehicle to travel from Vigo to another autonomous community and it coincided that the person who usually carries out these procedures in our company was on vacation, so we were the ones who personally rented a mid-range vehicle through their website and our surprise was huge. When we arrive he tells us that he has to give us an Opel Corsa, but that for EUR7 more he can offer us a superior vehicle. We looked at each other in disbelief, took the hit and told him OK. The car they rent to us is completely dirty, both inside and out, making it difficult to inspect it for scratches and dents. There were some scratches that the rental lady didn't know about and if we didn't show them to her we would surely have been charged with them. The vehicle is punished with more than 60,000 km and on top of that the gasoline tank is at 3/4 of its total capacity, with the consequent difficulty when delivering it with the same amount of gasoline. The company we usually rent with always gives the full deposit to deliver it in the same way. They had taken the spare wheel out of the car's trunk, I imagine so you can hire a roadside assistance service. When you open the doors to enter without being careful, you get stains on your clothes from the amount of dust and dirt that the door frames accumulated. In our companies we rent around 40/50 vehicles per year. Now we know that we should not rent with this company given their unprofessionalism. Booked and paid for a rental weeks ago. Train was late to Vigo. Emailed enterprise to advise situation. Arrived at office to be told they'd given the car away apparently it's all in the terms and conditions. What does a reservation mean and why pay in advance?
We rented a small van for a family trip. When we arrived, they did not have our car, however; Mateo helped us out and provided us another option. We rented the car for 1 week it served our purpose and upon return, Marta welcomed us and provided excellent service and follow up. It wasn't perfect but they worked with us and made it happen. Great customer service and follow up. We will rent again.
Ok
Enterprise cancelled our car rental and changed it to the next day, without asking us. When we got there to get our car, the customer service person just shrugged and said "I don't have any cars" and didn't help us in anyway. I suggest other car rental companies besides Enterprise; we have bad experiences here and in Santiago. Use Europcar - they are more expensive but they are reliable and know how to take care of their customers.
