Hicimos una reserva con antelacion Reservamos una semana, cuando llego el dia fuimos a recogerlo. Pero al llegar nos dijo una chica muy amable que el coche no llegaria asta las 17:15 Nos Ivan a entregar un Hyundai 30n pero como se estaba demorando nos acabamos llevando un Citroen C3,y super comodo Sin duda volveremos a reservar con ustedes

Personal sin ganas de trabajar. Reserve para las 9 am llego a las 8:10 y que mi reserva es a las nueve..."y no podremos ir avanzando "algo" al rellenar? Ya mala cara... Presento mi licencia (de Cancun) y no les sirve porque ellos no conocen esa de Mexico ( le explico que Mexico que tenemos 32 licencias estatales ; 1 por estado) Le presento la de Ciudad de Mexico y ah esa si la conocen ...despues necesito el pasaporte, le muestro mi tarjeta de residencia ESPANOLA y que no le sirve... Finalmente cancele mi reserva y me fui al de junto. Ningun problema, actitud encantadora. Que entendia que hay paises que tienen licencias estatales (como Estados Unidos de America) y que puede mirarlas en el ordenador... Identificacion, tarjeta de residente...listo

Reservamos vehiculo con Enterprise a traves de Doyouspain. Llegabamos despues de la hora de cierre de la oficina de Enterprise. Llamamos a Enterprise antes de reservar para confirmar que nos esperarian. Nos dijeron que si. No nos esperaron. Anularon la reserva y nos quedamos sin coche. Nos dijeron que si hubiera sido reserva directa nos hubieran esperado, pero al ser a traves de Doyouspain no. Reclamamos a doyouspain, a quien mandamos los logs con todas las llamadas. Nos dejaron tirados. Nos dijeron que habia que hacer reserva nueva, volver a pagar y reclamar la anterior. Ha pasado mas de 1 mes desde que reclamamos la devolucion del dinero y siguen diciendo que no tienen respuesta de Enterprise, y no me dan tiempo limite para ello. Hemos perdido el dinero del alguiler (1 semana en Agosto).
We reserved a vehicle with Enterprise through Doyouspain. We arrived after the closing time of the Enterprise office. We called Enterprise before booking to confirm that they would wait for us. They told us yes. They didn't wait for us. They canceled the reservation and we were left without a car. They told us that if it had been a direct reservation they would have waited for us, but since it was through Doyouspain, no. We complained to doouspain, to whom we sent the logs with all the calls. They left us stranded. They told us that we had to make a new reservation, pay again and claim the previous one. It has been more than 1 month since we claimed the money back and they continue to say that they have no response from Enterprise, and they do not give me a time limit for it. We have lost our rent money (1 week in August).
una estafa en toda regla, realize el alquiler a traves de la app con varias semanas de antelacion, mi intencion era un vehiculo tipo suv, al elegir el vehiculo la misma app me da la opcion de un suv grande por aprox. 60 euros mas, me parecio aceptable y asi lo contrate, al llegar al aeropuerto de vigo resulta que no tenian ningun suv ni normal ni grande, me ofrecen un coche inferior, un wagon 508, ademas diciendome que es un modelo superior al que habia aceptado, lo que es mentira, si bien es cierto que me compensaron con un deposito lleno, pero no fueron capaces de proporcionarme el coche que habia reservado y pagado. Eso si no se olvidaron de intentar venderme seguros a todo riesgo etc, ademas me cobraron un recargo por cruzar a Portugal, cosa que ningun momento me habian avisado al hacer la reserva, en resumen pago con antelacion, ni siquiera me proporcionan el coche que habia reservado y me cuesta mas caro de lo previsto, un comportamiento bastante inaceptable, no estamos hablando de una compania low cost precisamente, el tiempo de espera para entregar el vehiculo fue largo aprox. 30 minutos de espera, cuando reservas indicas la hora de llegada pero parece que no son capaces de tener los coches preparados, personal muy poco profesional.

La peor experiencia alquilando un coche. No solo me entregaron el coche dos horas y media mas tarde dandome largas que si los otros clientes estaban devolviendo tarde o todos los coches se habian ido al taller, y con un cuarto de deposito cuando en el contrato ponia medio, si no que me deje unas gafas de sol que vi desde fuera del coche justo despues de dejar las llaves en el buzon porque estaban cerrados, y a primera hora del dia siguiente me dijeron que no estaban en el coche.

Hemos tenido una experiencia espantosa con esta empresa. Nuestro avion llego retrasado 15 minutos y no pudimos recoger el coche porque cerraron la oficina. A las 4 pm!!! Al otro dia nos pidieron hacer un nuevo contrato . En total perdimos dinero en taxis y tiempo de nuestras vacaciones tratando de alquilar un nuevo coche. El servicio de esta empresa es cero. La peor experiencia alquilando coches . Deben tener negocio , por que los aviones se retrasan todo el tiempo y usualmente las buenas empresas dan un tiempo de gracia. Enterprise, nunca mas. Mi calificacion es como su servicio. CERO!
We have had a horrible experience with this company. Our plane arrived 15 minutes late and we couldn't pick up the car because they closed the office. At 4 pm!!! The next day they asked us to make a new contract. In total we lost money on taxis and time on our vacation trying to rent a new car. The service of this company is zero. The worst experience renting cars. They must have business, because planes are delayed all the time and good companies usually give a grace period. Enterprise, never again. My rating is like your service. ZERO!
Extremely sweet and helpful young man at the desk. He went out of the way to get me the car I wanted, drove to another location in his own car and got me the Seat Alhambra that I had booked. Also gave me many tips and information on driving into Portugal. The vehicle was also in good condition.
Check engine light came on after driving for two hours then took it in to get a car swap and was charged two months later for a missing compressor in the trunk when there was never one there in the first place. Also it is nearly impossible to fight a claim when not from Spain. Awful experience.
