Una locura llegar.... Aqui en esta direccion pone AVIS pero tambien son budget. En la confirmacion de reserva son ponia una direccion en la otra punta de Vigo, en Google esta mal la direccion y en las demas webs tampoco esta actualizada. Perdimos una hora entre taxis mas el dinero que gastamos. Porfavor BUDGET actualizar la direccion.
Crazy to arrive... Here at this address it says AVIS but they are also budget. In the reservation confirmation there was an address on the other side of Vigo, on Google the address is wrong and on the other websites it is not updated either. We lost an hour between taxis plus the money we spent. Please BUDGET update the address.
Recogi el coche en Madrid y lo entregue en Vigo. En Madrid me dicen que tengo que entregar el coche con el deposito lleno o si esta el deposito por debajo de un cuarto que lo entregue sin rellenar que lo que cobran ellos, 77EUR, sale mas barato que si lo lleno. Tuve que rellenar el deposito xq me entro en reserva y me costo 65EUR. En Vigo me costo encontrar el sitio, por que la direccion estaba en la Crta de Camposancos
I picked up the car in Madrid and delivered it to Vigo. In Madrid they tell me that I have to deliver the car with a full tank or if the tank is less than a quarter that I should deliver it without filling it because what they charge, EUR77, is cheaper than if I fill it up. I had to refill the deposit because it went into reserve and it cost me EUR65. In Vigo it was difficult for me to find the place, because the address was on Crta de Camposancos
NO NOS DEVUELVEN 200 EUROS DESDE EL 13 DE JULIO. DIJERON 10 DIAS, AHORA 20... 15 MINUTOS DE ESPERA CADA VEZ QUE LLAMAMOS Y DICEN QUE ES EL BANCO QUIEN TIENE QUE AUTORIZAR EL PAGO. NO LO RECOMIENDO, OJALA HUBIERA LEIDO LAS RESENAS ANTES. VAMOS A PONER UNA QUEJA EN EDDP Y TAMBIEN BUROFAX.
THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED US 200 EUROS SINCE JULY 13TH. THEY SAID 10 DAYS, NOW 20... 15 MINUTES OF WAITING EVERY TIME WE CALL AND THEY SAY IT IS THE BANK WHO HAS TO AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE. WE ARE GOING TO PUT A COMPLAINT IN EDDP AND ALSO BUROFAX.
La verdad al leer la cantidad de resenas malas que han dejado fui con miedo, pero debo decir que: "Tuve una excelente experiencia. Alquile un coche por dos dias y estaba nuevo y muy limpio. Lo recogi a la hora programada sin ninguna demora. El servicio fue excelente. Ademas, me sorprendio gratamente la amabilidad del personal y la facilidad del proceso. Sin duda, repetire en el futuro !
The truth is, when I read the number of bad reviews they have left, I was afraid, but I must say that: "I had a great experience. I rented a car for two days and it was new and very clean. I picked it up at the scheduled time without any delay. The service was excellent. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the ease of the process. Without No doubt, I will repeat in the future!
I thought that this would be close to the city centre it... it wasn't. Service was good and seamless hand over and giving back of the vehicle. Cars were as expected new and clean
Avis Vigo. Mala experiencia con esta oficina. Debiamos entregar el vehiculo un sabado por la noche y el lugar inseguro, a las afueras del centro en el poligono, sin alumbrado, sin posible traslado al centro y sin personal en la oficina hizo que desistieramos. Entregamos el coche por la manana dos horas mas tarde y nos cobraron 24horas. Aqui en esta empresa no entienden lo que significa atencion o cortesia de entrega hacia el cliente. No os la recomiendo. Suelo utilizar a menudo coche de alquiler pero os aseguro que con AVIS no repetire.
Avis Vigo. Bad experience with this office. We had to deliver the vehicle on a Saturday night and the unsafe location, on the outskirts of the center in the industrial estate, without lighting, without possible transportation to the center and without staff in the office, made us give up. We delivered the car in the morning two hours later and they charged us within 24 hours. Here at this company they do not understand what attention or courtesy of delivery towards the customer means. I don't recommend it to you. I often use a rental car but I assure you that with AVIS I will not repeat it.
Embarrassing service. They never pick up the phone even tho I tried to call them for two weeks in a row. Generally AVIS managed my case really bad.
