En agosto les alquilamos una furgoneta de 9 plazas y estaba muy cuidada y limpia. El trato con ellos fue correcto y tanto ellos como nosotros cumplimos con lo pactado al alquilar la furgoneta. El precio del alquiler fue mucho mas razonable que con otras empresas de la zona.
In August we rented a 9-seater van from them and it was very well maintained and clean. The deal with them was correct and both they and we complied with what was agreed when renting the van. The rental price was much more reasonable than other companies in the area.
Pesima experiencia, cero profesionalidad y una atencion al cliente deplorable. La furgo bien. El problema es el personal. No se a quien tienen contratado para la gestion de entregas de furgonetas, pero sinceramente, deberian reconsiderarlo urgentemente. Parece que prefieren hacer las cosas de palabra en lugar de dejar constancia por escrito, y como si eso no fuera suficiente, la persona encargada resulta ser un mentiroso consumado. El dia que nos llevamos la furgoneta, nos dijeron que podiamos devolverla en 4 dias, lo que caia en martes, entre las 19h y 20h. Incluso nos ofrecieron la opcion de entregarla el miercoles por la manana a partir de las 9h. Como para asegurarnos, llame ayer (martes) a las 17:23 - pueden comprobarlo si no me creen - y la chica que me atendio confirmo lo mismo: entrega el miercoles entre las 9h y las 10h, sin problema. Pero para nuestra sorpresa, al llegar hoy nos encontramos con un empleado grosero y completamente fuera de lugar, diciendonos que era IMPOSIBLE que alguien nos haya autorizado la entrega el miercoles, y que era IMPOSIBLE venir a la hora acordada. ?En serio? Como si eso no fuera suficiente, este senor tuvo la osadia de llamarnos mentirosos en nuestra cara, diciendonos que "para la proxima hay que decir la verdad de a donde venis". Pues resulta que ibamos a Verin a recoger unas cosas para nuestra empresa, pero al llegar nos informaron que los duenos los habian llevado a otro sitio en Salamanca, asi que tuvimos que ir hasta alli. Lo que nos costo mas tiempo y molestias a nosotros que a ustedes, pero hicimos las cuentas y, con los kilometros justos, no tuvimos ningun problema. De modo que no solo nos llaman mentirosos sin razon alguna, sino que ademas nos tratan con una falta de respeto total, gritando "hasta nunca" delante de otros clientes. Nosotros mantuvimos la furgoneta en perfecto estado y la devolvimos como corresponde. Si no pueden manejar sus propios errores y encima tratan asi a los clientes, mejor cierren el negocio. No merecen ni una estrella. Desde luego, esta resena negativa se queda corta para el desastre de servicio que ofrecen. No volveremos jamas y no se lo recomendaremos a nadie.
Terrible experience, zero professionalism and deplorable customer service. I store it well. The problem is the staff. I don't know who they have hired to manage van deliveries, but honestly, they should urgently reconsider. It seems that they prefer to do things by word of mouth instead of recording them in writing, and as if that were not enough, the person in charge turns out to be a consummate liar. The day we took the van, they told us that we could return it in 4 days, which fell on a Tuesday, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. They even offered us the option of delivering it on Wednesday morning starting at 9am. As if to make sure, I called yesterday (Tuesday) at 5:23 p.m. - you can check it if you don't believe me - and the girl who helped me confirmed the same thing: delivery on Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., no problem. But to our surprise, when we arrived today we found a rude and completely out of place employee, telling us that it was IMPOSSIBLE for someone to have authorized the delivery for us on Wednesday, and that it was IMPOSSIBLE to come at the agreed time. Oh really? As if that were not enough, this man had the audacity to call us liars to our faces, telling us that "next time you have to tell the truth about where you come from." Well, it turns out that we were going to Verin to pick up some things for our company, but when we arrived they informed us that the owners had taken them to another place in Salamanca, so we had to go there. Which cost us more time and inconvenience than it did for you, but we did the math and, with just the right kilometers, we didn't have any problems. So not only do they call us liars for no reason, but they also treat us with complete disrespect, yelling "see you never" in front of other customers. We kept the van in perfect condition and returned it accordingly. If they can't handle their own mistakes and treat customers like this, they better close the business. They don't even deserve a star. Of course, this negative review falls short of the disaster of service they offer. We will never return and we will not recommend it to anyone.
Nosotros alquilamos una furgoneta grande y la atencion de la chica fue genial todo bien detallado con audios ,la verdad teniamos prisa en alquilar x k era un viaje a Madrid de mudanza y lo queria para el viernes pero no tenia y me dio mas opciones de coger una nueva a todo riesgo con 90EUR franquicia y lo vimos mejor de domingo a miercoles y nos vino fenomenal la entrega la hicimos antes y los kilometros nos dio de sobra ,la furgoneta tenia algun rallon pero vamos es lo normal , hicieron fotos ,antes y despues lo verificaron todo y perfecto ,lo unico es que te dice que es una hora y ir tranquilos porque dentro de esa hora puede presentarse el hombre k va a darte llaves y entregar o recoger la furgoneta ,lo que tampoco se puede pedir es perfeccion total somos humanos ,x nosotros fue todo genial y lo recomiendo, gracias x la atencion personalizada 100%

Experiencia poco satisfactoria. Se me ha entregado una furgoneta bastante danada, en la zona de la caja entraba agua, he tenido que secarla antes de poder proceder al transporte de la carga. La puerta lateral no cerraba correctamente por lo que entraba agua y he tenido que ponerle unos trapos. A nivel mecanico la tercera no entraba correctamente y rascaba. A nivel limpieza no existia y olia a tabaco y humedad muchisimo. La furgo tenia pinta de ser la mitica que han usado en obra y estaba en muy mal estado.
Unsatisfactory experience. I was given a van that was quite damaged, water was entering the box area, I had to dry it before being able to transport the load. The side door didn't close properly so water got in and I had to put some rags on it. On a mechanical level, the third one did not enter correctly and was scratching. Cleanliness did not exist and it smelled strongly of tobacco and humidity. The van looked like the legendary one they used on construction sites and was in very bad condition.
Lo que parecia que iba a ser un gran acierto, al final esta siendo de verguenza. El estado de la furgoneta era pesimo (no se nos informo en ningun momento como he leido en mensajes anteriores). La luna delantera tenia 3 rajas gigantes y los limpias no iban bien. Antes de salir, con el senor que nos la alquilo, salto el aviso de cambio de pastillas de frenos y el cambio de filtro de particulas. Nos aseguro que no pasaba nada (???) y nos la llevamos (quiza fallo nuestro por la necesidad). Justo antes de devolverla tuvimos la mala suerte de romper un faro, asi q al devolver nos avisaron que retenian la fianza pero que no nos preocuparamos que el arreglo era menos de 200EUR, que ellos tenian gente de confianza que lo hacian sin problema, y nosotros confiamos... Ayer nos pusimos en contacto porque nada sabiamos desde el 24 de marzo, y con un trato muy desagradable al telefono, nos dicen que fueron 210EUR y que esos 10EUR no habian querido pedirlo (ya, claro...) Y que ademas habia un dano en un lateral ( ver eso en el estado en el q estaba era imposible y 5 min despues se la habian llevado de nuevo). Evidentemente nos hemos informado y cambiar un faro incluyendo mano de obra, tal y como nos informaron, es menos de 200EUR (el faro suelto cuesta 70EUR). Hemos solicitado la factura y aun estamos esperando, se la estaran preparando a medida, ya que si de verdad existe ese arreglo la deberian haber enviado enseguida. Esto no es mas que un timo en toda regla, pero que no dejaremos asi. Una pena, al final lo barato sale caro y eso que incluso pasando lo q paso, confiamos mucho al entregarla en lo que se nos dijo, pero evidentemente no puedes confiar en empresas asi de informales.

Just before returning it we had the bad luck of breaking a headlight, so upon returning it they told us that they were withholding the deposit but that we should not worry that the repair was less than EUR200, that they had trustworthy people who did it without a problem, and We trust... Yesterday we got in touch because we had known nothing since March 24, and with very unpleasant treatment on the phone, they told us that it was EUR210 and that they had not wanted to ask for those EUR10 (now, of course... ) And that there was also damage to one side (seeing that in the state it was in was impossible and 5 minutes later they had taken it away again). Obviously we have informed ourselves and changing a headlight including labor, as they informed us, is less than EUR200 (the loose headlight costs EUR70). We have requested the invoice and we are still waiting, they will be preparing it to measure, since if this arrangement really exists they should have sent it right away. This is nothing more than a complete scam, but we will not leave it like that. A shame, in the end cheap is expensive and even with what happened, we trusted a lot when delivering it on what we were told, but obviously you can't trust companies that are this informal.
Todo magnifico. La furgoneta era casi nueva y estaba en perfecto estado. Maria nos soluciono todas las dudas previas con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Tanto la recogida como la entrega del vehiculo las hicimos con rapidez y sin ningun tipo de problema. Volvere a utilizar sus servicios siempre que los necesite y les recomendare a todos mis conocidos. Un 10.
Everything magnificent. The van was almost new and in perfect condition. Maria answered all our previous questions with kindness and professionalism.
