Si hubiera menos estrellas las pondria. Teniamos reservado un auto desde hace meses. Bajamos del tren, vamos a la oficina y una chica muy feliz nos dice que nuestro auto no esta y que no tienen autos para ofrecernos. Por suerte, nos comento que cruzando la calle esta Avis y alli pudimos alquilar un coche. Nos dejaron en la calle habiendo reservado un vehiculo meses antes. Un desastre. Habia leido malas resenas pero elegi confiar en la empresa y reservar igual, grave error.

Por cambios inesperados de nuestra reserva llegamos a las 20:00 a Vigo y nos comunicaron que Alamo cerraba a las 16:00. Nos llamaron para indicarnos que podiamos retirar el vehiculo al dia siguiente, en ningun momento nos menciono que teniamos que modificar nuestra reserva ya pagada, hoy domingo 6 de agosto, fuimos a retirar el vehiculo, grande fue nuestra sorpresa que nuestra reserva no podia ejecutarse, nos atendio Iria Gonzales que lejos de ayudarnos y demostrar un poco de empatia hacia los usuarios, en una actitud poco profesional y con poca evidencia de educacion se limito a decirnos que solicitaria el reembolso de nuestra dinero y que debiamos realizar una nueva reserva y pagar casi el doble de lo que habiamos pagado, tuvimos que pedir la hoja de reclamaciones de consumo hacia la Xunta, registrar un reclamacion ante Alamo reclamando este abuso por parte de la esta empresa y de la empleada mencionada, recordarle que clientes como nosotros le pegamos su salario.

Fatal!! El coche avisa de un problema en la pantalla nada mas cogerlo. Vuelvo para decirselo a la empleada. Como a ella no le sale en pantalla me dice que todo esta bien que no hay problema. Salgo de viaje con el coche y me deja tirada a 650 metros de la oficina, 2 h se grua, perdemos la manana y parte de las vacaciones CON SEGURO A TODO RIESGO y no nos dan coche de sustitucion. CERO RECOMENDABLE. Ni la gasolina con la que llenamos el coche nos han devuelto u nos dejan sin coche.
