UN TIMO. Cuando llega mi marido a recoger el coche le intentan dar un coche con caracteristicas diferentes a las reservadas. Una hora y pico para resolver el entuerto. Le cobran EL DOBLE anadiendole un seguro aprovechando que no controla bien el idioma y entregandole un contrato confuso en el que no consta la cantidad total que se nos cobra entre lo ya pagado en la reserva y el montante anadido. Una verguenza.
A SCAM. When my husband arrives to pick up the car, they try to give him a car with different characteristics than those reserved. An hour or so to resolve the mess. They charge him DOUBLE, adding insurance, taking advantage of the fact that he does not control the language well and giving him a confusing contract in which the total amount charged to us is not stated between what has already been paid in the reservation and the added amount. A shame.
Experiencia nefasta. Nuestro vuelo se retraso y perdimos la reserva del coche que ya estaba pagada. No nos dieron ningun tipo de instruccion. Mas tarde nos enteramos que solo te dan 25 minutos de cortesia por retrasos.
Disastrous experience. Our flight was delayed and we lost the car reservation that was already paid for. They didn't give us any kind of instruction. We later found out that they only give you a 25 minute courtesy for delays.
Very bad experience with this office. They refused to rent me the car that I had paid for (voucher) because my ID card was expired a few days before. I had rented at Hertz in Lisbon a couple of days before with the same document and they didn't bother. The young lady at the counter looked confused and incompetent. I quit the office and rented a better car at Sixt just next door (with same papers of course). I've learned a lesson (the hard way though), when it's cheaper there's always a reason.
No recomiendo este alquiler de coches a nadie! Reservamos un coche Nissan Qasquai hace meses y ayer estuvimos esperando 3 horas porque no tenian coches limpios y listos para entregar a los clientes. Nos dieron uno con maletero pequeno donde apenas cabia 1 de las 4 maletas. Luego tuvimos que seguir esperando y nos dieron otro un poco mayor donde tampoco cabian las maletas. Eramos 4 personas adultas y una menor de 7 anos esperando en el parking a que llegase nuestro coche limpio durante horas. Decidimos irnos con el ultimo donde no cabia nuestro equipaje, con la maleta sobre nuestras piernas. He alquilado muchas veces y jamas me habia pasado esto. La solucion que nos dieron por telefono fue que nos devolvian el dinero y nos fuesemos con la competencia por el doble de dinero (pagando nosotras la diferencia) y en la oficina que NO tenian en flota Nissan Qasqai ni nada parecido disponible hasta el dia siguiente, que el que tenian alli grande era para otra familia que tenia reservada para despues que nosotras y que habian tardado en entregar los coches porque no tenian personal suficiente para limpiar los coches. Reservamos con meses de antelacion, llamamos varias veces para confirmar la reserva e hicimos el cheking online el dia anterior para nada... Por favor NO alquilen con Enterprise Alamo Vigo, y menos si van con ninos pequenos, porque se quedan tirados durante horas en el parking esperando un coche menor del que pagaron
I do not recommend this car rental to anyone! We booked a Nissan Qasquai car months ago and yesterday we were waiting for 3 hours because they did not have clean cars ready to deliver to customers. They gave us one with a small trunk that barely fit 1 of the 4 suitcases. Then we had to continue waiting and they gave us another one that was a little bigger and didn't fit our suitcases either. We were 4 adults and one child under 7 years old waiting in the parking lot for our clean car to arrive for hours. We decided to go with the last one where our luggage couldn't fit, with the suitcase on our legs. I have rented many times and this has never happened to me. The solution they gave us over the phone was that they would refund our money and we would go with the competition for double the money (paying the difference ourselves) and in the office they did NOT have Nissan Qasqai or anything similar available in their fleet until the next day, that the big one they had there was for another family that had a reservation for after us and that they had been slow in delivering the cars because they didn't have enough staff to clean the cars. We booked months in advance, called several times to confirm the reservation and did the online check-in the day before for nothing... Please DO NOT rent with Enterprise Alamo Vigo, and even less so if you go with small children, because they stay stranded for hours in the parking lot waiting for a car smaller than the one they paid for
Reservamos un coche de una gama que, al llegar al aeropuerto, no tenian ese coche. Tuvimos que "negociar" y nos quedamos un coche mas pequeno y inferior gama a la pagada. Nos "camelaron" con no pagar la gasolina del fin de semana.... Al final todo bien, sin pagar extras, con un coche comodo, pero no lo que habiamos contratado y pagado.
We booked a car from a range that, when we arrived at the airport, did not have that car. We had to "negotiate" and we got a smaller car and a lower range than what we paid for. They "camelated" us by not paying for gas for the weekend... In the end everything was fine, without paying extras, with a comfortable car, but not what we had hired and paid for.
-10 * Very very bad service and stole money from us . In contract was unlimited km and they took from us 170PS they says like we have limited. I will suggest to everyone to don't lost your money with them
Very shady. Avoid unless you really like dealing with crooks.
Not to be trusted with your credit card details. Made charges to my credit card for no reason with no receipt given. They never answer to phone to explain
