Working with Wilson and the team at st rose auto rental was so seamless! The same day we landed we were able to book a car for the entire length of our stay on the island due to problems with our other car rental. They met us at the airport for pick up and drop off which was simple and we're super easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. The car didn't have windshield wiper fluid and we let Wilson know and he told us to just stop at any gas station and ask for assistance adding it then send him the cost for a refund. We didn't end up needing it or adding it be he was so responsive to our messages and so easy to work with! The car was clean and in great condition!

Yes, 5 stars for a car rental company! I've rented cars from the big name brands to the small local company's around the world and this is only the 2nd time I've rated a car rental company over three stars. St. Rose had a friendly competent agents who provided a quality car without a mountain of paperwork or the typical scam of trying to charge you for damage that was already on the car.

Great to work with! I made a mistake and accidentally booked the reservation for a day later than planned. St. Rose was understand and had us a car in 20 minutes! The little Suzuki Vitara was perfect for our week on the island. It handled the rough roads and hills, and was small and easy to park / navigate the narrow streets.

I was impressed by the high rating of St. Rose Auto Rentals compared to some of the big national brands, so I took a chance by renting local. And what a great experience it was! Someone was there as we departed customs to greet us and take us right to the car. Communication was great throughout our trip and when we got back to the airport, the same agent was there in the parking lot waiting for us. The SUV we rented was clean and durable! The roads in St. Lucia can be tough with bumps and potholes but the SUV we had handled everything with ease. Oh, and did I mention we got all this great service for less than what the national brands were charging?? I would definitely rent again from St. Rose next time I'm on the island. Suggest you do, too!

I needed a car for 2 weeks and I was googling some car rentals owned locally and found St.Rose car rental. I messaged him and he replied right away. I had the luxury of getting a car available and delivered to me from the South of the island to the north the next day. The car was in great condition and it was the perfect cat that I needed. Fantastic communication and great service. Wilson was incredibly accommodating and made sure the car was delivered to our resort and picked it up at the airport. The drivers for drop-off and pick-up were there exactly on time. We spent about no longer than 5 minutes to handle the formalities for both drop off and pick up. Great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

One of the best rental experiences when traveling abroad. They meet you right outside the door with the car waiting. Great prices and very nice people. Owner is a class act. Would absolutely rent from them again.
