Great experience with Sixt St Lucia, received a suzuki Vitara (initial booking was for a Suzuki Jimny or similar) which was not the most powerful car, granted, but was very fuel economic and brought us everywhere we wanted to go, even down the road to Anse Chastenet and Anse L'ivrogne road! The original car received developed a problem with its battery/starter but Lori from sixt immediately sorted out our issue. We reported the issue at 18 00 and they came to swap the car at our airbnb at 22 00. Lori was very communicative and gave us an eta and kept us informed throughout the process. That was the most effective communication I've ever had with a car rental. Would definitely rent again from them.

Wonderful rental experience again with Sixt. Did not know what to expect in the Caribbean, but the service was outstanding just like in the United States Eden, Brenel and Rhyim were Fantastic and caring. Careful with the dangerous roads, but with Sixt You will always have a nicely prepared car. Highly recommend!

Never rent a car from #sixtrentacar we almost died when the AC malfunctioned on the hairpin roads in Saint Lucia. They never came to help and said they do not give refunds. Then they came and took the car back in the morning.

Very poor experience. Customer Service is just bad. A license plate went off the rental vehicle during the rental period. Obvious to me (only), it must have gotten off because it was not secured properly. I was informed that I have to pay for it. When I refused, I manager was completely indifferent to any arguments. Then, I was lied to when I was told they needed a credit card to return the deposit. Instead, I was charged the missing license plate fee. Thats pure lying and cheating. Things to note, the car had bald tires, and wipers were used up. I had a positive experience with Sixt in a different country, but that was unpleasant.

Everything was thoroughly explained with detail and they even made sure we had water to start our journey. I had no problems with Sixt. They were cheerful and efficient. The young man saved me money by allowing me to go fill up my tank. Thank you. For Americans driving here is a challenge. Roads are fairly narrow and there is often a deep ditch on the left side. Dont drop your tire in one. Drivers here are polite but aggressive. Theyll often let you into traffic, but theyll also pass you on a blind corner. Dont drive too slow.

Val was helpful, professional and efficient. Though I got the car back to the airport in one piece, Val had advised insurance. It gave me peace of mind as driving there is precarious with narrow, winding and often in poor shape roads with huge potholes and deep, uncovered rain drains. I didnt get the Jimny I ordered, but did get a 4wd substitute. All in all, not too bad for an island transaction.

Highly recommend Sixt Rental at UVH. They are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They upgraded our rental when the one booked was a bit smaller than we had anticipated. No fault of theirs, and worked with us on a reasonable rate. Both pick up and drop off went extremely smooth and the vehicle and options were fantastic. Dont rent here. They overbook their reservations and leave guests stranded. Im here on a 7 day vacation wo a car. Dont do it. Go with Hertz, Avis. Very unhelpful front desk. First they said there was a glitch and didnt have my info. Then I saw it on the sheet and that they had overbooked by half their requests. As it turns out, they had several cars and handed them out to guests after me, if they jad prepaid.
