We had to give our car back prior to inspection as we would have otherwise missed our train. They charged refuelling tax and fuel cost which is fair. But then next day they charged us 500 euros for supposedly a scratch. And within 2 days they took money out, even though we replied within minutes. We couldn't believe it. The scratch was there before which we showed clearly with the date and time on the video we took, but they said they cannot accept that. The company takes 2 weeks to send a reply and when they reply it's total rubbish. First photo is ours and send is supposedly the new 'scratch' I would avoid this company like the plague- worst car company I have ever used. Extremely dishonest, cheaters and brings a shame to Italy. Strongly advise to go elsewhere.
Wir haben hier ein Auto fur eine Woche gebucht. Die Anmietung lief schnell und problemlos, wir erhielten ein fast neues Auto in Top-Zustand. Bei der Ruckgabe lief ebenfalls alles problemlos. Alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!
We booked a car here for a week. The rental went quickly and smoothly, we received an almost new car in top condition. Everything went smoothly with the return as well. All employees were consistently friendly and helpful. We recommend!
I had reserved a car, but was unable to pick it up because my driver's licence, passport, and debit card were not all from the same country. The assistant was unable to modify the reservation to be for my girlfriend instead, and the helpline listed on their website for modifying/cancelling a reservation was disconnected from the phone network. When we tried to make a new reservation online in the name of my girlfriend, there were no cars left, and the assistant was unable to cancel our previous reservation to free up a car. The assistant was also unable to make a new booking for us. A very frustrating experience, given this requirement for the documents is not in the documentation provided beforehand and all the other rental agencies at the station were closed.
