Llevo cuatro anos alquilando con ellos y no he tenido ningun problema. Las autocaravanas son de dos anos o menos lo que te da cierta garantia de fiabilidad. Personal agradable y atento. Las condiciones del contrato se explican perfectamente. El precio es de lo mas razonable del mercado. Recomendable para el que le guste este mundo y quiera iniciarse.

Todo perfecto! El proceso de reserva online claro y sencillo. Tambien la informacion y la asistencia de la chica del departamento de reservas, muy agradable y resolvio todas mis dudas. Gran servicio y todo facilidades para la entrega y la recogida, nos recogieron/llevaron al aeropuerto por un pequeno coste adicional. La autocaravana estaba muy limpia y nueva, son vehiculos nuevos. La persona encargada de la entrega/recogida en Bilbao, un 10. Realmente contentos con la empresa y la experiencia. Para repetir.

Magnifica experiencia y una vocacion de atencion al cliente excepcional. Luis, Nuria, y toda la familia nos trataron genial, incluso recogiendonos en el hotel y llevandonos al aeropuerto en dos ocasiones, ya que ademas nos hicieron un hueco en una segunda caravana para los ultimos dias de nuestro viaje donde no habia disponibilidad inicialmente. Caravanas equipadas, modernas, limpias y sin rotular con lo que no llamas la atencion. Incluso cuando tuvimos un altibajo en nuestro viaje nos ayudaron en todo y nos dieron tranquilidad. Sin duda repetiremos, ya que las condiciones que ofrecen, el seguro y la atencion son estupendas. Ademas la localizacion es muy buena y te permite viajar por el norte de espana o incluso Francia sin limite de kilometros. La caravana viene equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso pudimos cambiar las almohadas por unas mas de nuestro gusto. Y te dan jabon y esponja para poder limpiar todo. Gracias por todo y hasta pronto!!

Me recomendo el tipo de caravana para lo que queria y me explico el tema la reserva, recogida,devolucion,etc. No es necesario llamar, pero al ser la primera vez que usaba autocaravana llame ya que tenia varias dudas. RECOGIDA/DEVOLUCION: Manu, chico majo, nos explico en unos 30 minutos varias cosas de la caravana a tener en cuenta durante el viaje( tomas de corriente, depositos, cuidados,etc. Flexibilidad de horario tanto en la recogida como en la devolucion, lo cual se agradece mucho. Posibilidad de dejar el coche alli durante la estancia ( es garaje cerrado). Si todo esta correcto en la devolucion, la fianza la devuelven rapido lo cual tambien es de agradecer CARAVANA: Fiat Ducato T68 nueva ( con las garantias que eso da durante un viaje), espacios muy bien aprovechados. Una maravilla. Repetiremos con esta empresa sin duda.

Very bad experience. We picked up the motorhome and dirt was present on all surfaces, walls with crushed mosquitoes, dirt accumulated in corners, etc. The refrigerator gave off a nauseating smell, dirty, it probably had not been cleaned since the motorhome was purchased. We didnt give it much importance and we cleaned it ourselves so we could enjoy the vacation days. We decided not to use the kitchenware, it was very worn and dirty, we returned home to take our things. Before leaving on the trip we noticed that one of the rear tires had a bite so deep that we could see the inner wires of it, we called the manager and they changed it for us without problems, but this denotes the terrible inspection they do of the vehicles afterward. of each rental. One of the biggest problems came in the last days of the trip, we ran out of gas, and the reserve cylinder, which should have been new, was empty. This generated a serious problem, since the cylinders have different adapters in different European countries, in our case it was France, we managed to find a motorhome repair store where they set up a system compatible with French cylinders (the cost of all this, Evans returned it to us a few days later). Everything doesnt end here, when there were 2 days left to finish the trip, the garage and the two closets where we had all our clothes began to flood, apparently a break in one of the water pipes was the culprit. Our trip would end here, without being able to shower, and having to return home, traveling 700km at a stretch. After all this, we decided to speak with the manager or owner of the Evans Bilbao concession, who did not give us any ease, and to whom we asked that since we had lost 3 days of the trip, therefore, visits to certain places were left up in the air, he should compensate us in some way, his response showed his lack of professionalism, his actual words were: yes, of course Im going to pay you 10,000 At no time were we asking for money, but for some type of compensation for having lost 3 days of vacation. Finally they gave us 3 days of rent back, which was logical, but it didnt seem right to us. In short, they have modern motorhomes, but they are poorly maintained (cracked tires, water failure, empty cylinders, dirt).

Recogemos la autocaravana y la suciedad estaba presente en todas las superficies, paredes con mosquitos aplastados, suciedad acumulada en esquinas, etc. La nevera desprendia un olos nauseabundo, sucia, seguramente no se habia limpiado desde que se adquirio la autocaravana. No le dimos mayor importancia y la limpiamos nosotros para poder disfrutar de los dias de vacaciones. El menaje de cocina decidimos ni usarlo, estaba muy trotado y sucio, volvimos a casa para llevar nuestras cosas. Antes de salir de viaje nos percatamos de que uno de los neumaticos traseros presentaba un mordisco tan profundo que ae veian los alambres interiores del mismo, llamamos al encargado y nos lo cambiaron sin problemas, pero esto denota la pesima revision que hacen de los vehiculos despues de cada alquiler. Uno de los mayores problemas llego en los ultimos dias del viaje, nos quedamos sin gas, y la bombona de reserva, la cual debia ser nueva, estaba vacia. Esto genero un problema serio, ya que la bombonas llevan diferentes adaptadores en los diferentes paises europeos, en nuestro caso era Francia, conseguimos encontrar una tienda de reparacion de autocaravanas donde nos montaron un sistema compatible con las bombonas francesas ( el coste de todo esto, nos lo devolvio Evans al de unos dias). Todo no acaba aqui, cuando ya quedaban 2 dias para finalizar el viaje, empezo a inundarse el garaje y los dos armarios donde teniamos toda nuestra ropa, al parecer una rotura en uno de los tubos de agua era el culpable. Aqui teminaria nuestro viaje, sin poder ducharnos, y teniendo que volver a casa, haciendo 700km del tiron. Despues de todo esto, decidimos hablar con el encargado o propietario de la concesion de Evans Bilbao, el cual, no nos puso ninguna facilidad, y al que le pedimos que ya que habiamos perdido 3 dias del viaje, por lo tanto, visitas a ciertos lugares se quedaron en el aire, deberia de compensarnos de alguna manera, su respuesta demostro su poca profesionalidad, sus palabras textuales fueron: si claro te voy a pagar 10.000 Nosotros en ningun momento le estabamos pidiendo dinero, pero si algun tipo de compensacion por haber perdido 3 dias de las vacaciones. Finalmente nos devolvieron 3 dias del alquiler, cosa logica, pero que no nos parecio lo correcto. Resumiendo, tienen autocaravanas modernas, pero a las que estan mal mantenidas ( neumatico rajado, averia agua, bombonas vacias, suciedad).

Last week we were in northern Spain. It was my first time taking a trip in a motorhome, the experience was sensational, thanks to Luis and his entire team. The AC was super clean, it looked like it just came out of the dealership.
